Description

車門孔塞
本創作係涉及一種封口結構，特別是指一種具發光警示功能之車門孔塞之創新結構型態揭示者。
某些汽車結構設計上，在車門的外端壁一處會開設有一維修作業孔，用以提供維修車門內部機構或板金時插入工具之用，因為該維修作業孔於平時並無其他作用，所以基於美觀及防滲水等因素考量，遂有相關業界研發出一種稱之為車門孔塞(或稱車門孔堵蓋)的配件，用以塞組於該維修作業孔處加以封閉。
目前市面上可見的車門孔塞結構設計上，通常僅為橡膠製成的一圓型軟塞型態而已，如此簡易型態雖具有結構簡單、製造成本低等優點，但對於相關產業界而言，總還是期盼在推出新產品時能夠賦予相同產品一種新穎創意、附加價值或實用功能等，以期超越競爭對手獲得消費者的青睞，同時滿足消費者求新求變與多元化的需求；因此就目前習知車門孔塞結構發展階段而言，顯然仍舊存在相當大的改良突破空間。
是以，針對上述習知車門孔塞結構所存在之問題點，如何開發一種更具理想實用性之創新結構，實使用者所企盼，亦係相關業者須再努力研發突破之目標及方向；有鑑於此，創作人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗，針對上述之目標，詳加 設計與審慎評估後，終得一確具實用性之本創作。
本創作之主要目的，係在提供一種車門塞孔，其所欲解決之技術問題，係針對如何研發出一種更具理想實用性之新式具發光警示功能之結構型態為目標加以創新突破。
本創作解決問題之技術特點，主要在於該車門孔塞，包括一座體；一供電單元，該供電單元係容置於該座體中；一發光單元，該發光單元係組設於該座體中；該發光單元係對應於該座體之開口端並電性連接至該供電單元；該發光單元係包含有一基板，該基板之頂面係佈設有互相電性連接之複數發光體、一驅動電路以及一感應器；當該感應器因周環環境因素改變而啟動時，即令該驅動電路利用供電單元所提供之電能驅動該發光體向外投射光線；一具透光功能之上蓋，該透明上蓋係裝設於該座體之開口端並定位該發光單元之基板；一撓性塞體，該撓性塞體係環組於座體之外緣，並供嵌組於車門孔之周緣。
藉此創新獨特設計，使本創作對照先前技術而言，俾可令車門孔塞產品兼具有發光警示之功能與附加價值，達到大幅提昇駕駛人停車時上下車狀態的安全性之實用進步性與較佳產業經濟（利用）效益。
請參閱第1、2、3、4圖所示，係本創作車門孔塞之第一較佳實施例，惟此實施例僅供說明之用，在專利申請上並不受此結構之限制。所述車門孔塞係包含有一座體10，該座體10係包含有一封閉端以及一開口端；一裝設於座體10中之供電單元20；一組設於座體10中之發光單元30，該發光單元30係對應於該座體10之開口端並電性連接至該供電單元20；一具透光功能之上蓋40，該上蓋40係裝設於座體10之開口端並定位該發光單元30；一環組於座體10外緣之撓性塞體50，該撓性塞體50係供嵌組於車門孔60之周緣。本創作之較佳實施例中，該座體10開口端之內緣係設置有一內螺紋部11。
該發光單元30係包含有一基板31，該基板31之頂面係佈設有一驅動電路32、一感應器33以及複數發光體34，其中該驅動電路32係與該供電單元20電性連接，且該感應器33與該等發光體34係分別電性連接至該驅動電路32。當該感應器33因周遭環境因素改變而啟動時，即令該驅動電路32利用供電單元20所提供之電能驅動該等發光體34向外投射光線。該基板31上係進一步設置有一控制電路35，該控制電路35係與該驅動電路32互相電性連接，藉以至少擇一改變該等發光體34之發光模式與所投射出光線的顏色。該基板31上並設置有一升壓電路36，該升壓電路36係與該驅動電路32互相電性連接，藉以於供電單元20產生壓降現象時，將供電單元20所提供的電壓值，提高至適合發光單元30所需之電壓值。本創作之較佳實施例中，該感應器33係可為磁簧開關、磁感開關或是電磁開關。
該上蓋40上係設置有至少一透鏡結構41，藉以改變該等發光體34向外投射光線之特性；該上蓋40係包含有一盤體42以及一伸設於該盤體42底面之裙體43，該至少一透鏡結構41係設置於該盤體42上。該裙體43之外緣係設置有一鎖設於該內螺紋部11之外螺紋部44，當該內、外螺紋部11/44互相螺鎖固定後，該裙體43之端部係壓抵定位該發光單元30之基板31。
該撓性塞體50係形成有一供插置座體10之穿孔51，且該穿孔51內壁之頂部係形成有一環凹槽52，該盤體42之周緣係容置於該環凹槽52中。該撓性塞體50之外緣係形成有一環形槽53，請參閱如第4、5、6圖所示，當本創作與車門結合後，該環形槽53係供容置車門孔60之周緣，而達定位本創作之目的。
藉由上述結構組成設計，茲就本創作之使用作動情形說明如下：當使用者關閉車門時，該感應器33會感應到(磁感)金屬製的車身，因此驅動電路32不會啟動該等發光體34向外投射光線；而當使用者開啟車門，令感應器33之磁感環境改變時，該改應器33即啟動該驅動電路32，令該等發光體34向外投射光線，對後方的來車或行人提供警示效果，同時亦可透過該控制電路35至少擇一改變該等發光體34之發光模式(例如：持續發光或閃爍)與所投射出 光線的顏色，強化對於後方來車或行人的警示效果。
另請參閱第7~10圖所示，圖中所是四個實施例與前述第一較佳實施例之差別僅在於撓性塞體50之環形槽53內徑的大小，以搭配不同孔徑車門孔60使用；又前述第一較佳實施例之供電單元20係由三電池串連而成，當然如第7~10圖所示之諸較佳實施例，使用單一電池童藥可提供供電效果，並不會影響本創作的實施。
功效說明： 本創作所揭「車門孔塞」主要藉由所述發光單元、上蓋以及撓性塞體之創新獨特結構型態與技術特徵，使本創作對照[先前技術]所提習知結構而言，俾可令車門孔塞產品兼具有發光警示之功能與附加價值，可大幅提昇駕駛人停車時上下車狀態的安全性而具實用進步性。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種車門孔塞，包括： 一座體，該座體係包含有一封閉端以及一開口端； 一供電單元，該供電單元係容置於該座體中； 一發光單元，該發光單元係組設於該座體中；該發光單元係對應於該座體之開口端並電性連接至該供電單元；該發光單元係包含有一基板，該基板之頂面係佈設有一驅動電路、一感應器以及複數發光體，其中該驅動電路係與該供電單元電性連接，且該感應器與該等發光體係分別電性連接至該驅動電路；當該感應器因周遭環境因素改變而啟動時，即令該驅動電路利用供電單元所提供之電能驅動該等發光體向外投射光線； 一具透光功能之上蓋，該上蓋係裝設於該座體之開口端並定位該發光單元之基板； 一撓性塞體，該撓性塞體係環組於座體之外緣，並供嵌組於車門孔之周緣。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車門孔塞，其中該上蓋上係設置有至少一透鏡結構，藉以改變該等發光體向外投射光線之特性；該上蓋係包含有一盤體以及一伸設於該盤體底面之裙體，該至少一透鏡結構係設置於該盤體上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之車門孔塞，其中該撓性塞體係形成有一供插置座體之穿孔，且該穿孔內壁之頂部係形成有一環凹槽，該盤體之周緣係容置於該環凹槽中。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1、2或3項所述之車門孔塞，其中該基板上係進一步設置有一控制電路，該控制電路係與該驅動電路互相電性連接，藉以至少擇一改變該等發光體之發光模式與所投射出光線的顏色。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之車門孔塞，其中該基板上係進一步設置有一升壓電路，該升壓電路係與該驅動電路互相電性連接，藉以於供電單元產生壓降現象時，將供電單元所提供之電壓值提高至適合該發光單元所需之電壓值。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第2或3項所述之車門孔塞，其中該座體開口端之內緣係設置有一內螺紋部，且該裙體之外緣係設置有一鎖設於該內螺紋部之外螺紋部，當該內、外螺紋部互相螺鎖固定後，該裙體之端部係壓抵定位該發光單元之基板。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之車門孔塞，其中該感應器係由磁簧開關、磁感開關以及電磁開關所構成之群組中任選其一者。
