Claims (5)
- 多曲面に湾曲したガラスパネルを製造するためのガラス型(1)であって、前記ガラス型(1)は:
縦方向(2a)、横方向(2b)及び垂直方向(2c)が規定されている不動の下部耐荷構造体(2)を備え、前記下部耐荷構造体(2)には:
支持枠(4);及び
垂直で互いに平行になって支持枠(4)に設置され、起伏形成された多数の支持体(5)が備えられ;
上部耐荷構造体(3)は、成形されるガラスパネル(6)を支持するための不動の下部耐荷構造体(2)の支持体(5)に設置され;
下部耐荷構造体(2)の支持体(5)は波形状の上縁端を有し、支持体(5)は、その上縁端が既定の湾曲面を下部耐荷構造体(2)の縦方向(2a)及び横方向(2b)の少なくとも1方向に沿って、垂直方向(2c)では交互に上下に屈曲させて成形されるような配列で配置し、前記曲面には多様な屈曲及び深さがあり;
上部耐荷構造体(3)は温度影響下で変形し易い板であり、湾曲させるガラスパネル(6)を支持する支持体(5)の上縁端に設置する
ことを特徴とするガラス型(1)。 - 上部耐荷構造体(3)は下張りガラスパネル(3a)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス型。
- 支持枠(4)は所定の垂直位置で支持体(5)を維持するのに適した上方に突出する保持部(4b)を備えた縦梁(4a)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス型。
- 下部耐荷構造体(2)において、支持体(5)は1〜3cm間隔をとって互いに離間していることを特徴とする請求項1又は3に記載のガラス型。
- 支持体(5)は耐熱性材料、特にセラミックから形成されることを特徴とする請求項1、3及び4のいずれか1項に記載のガラス型。
