Abstract
Description
本考案の目的は、前述した補助要件を満たす特別のトリガ操作で、液体用手動操作ディスペンサ装置を実現することである。そのような目的は、請求項1に従って作製されたディスペンサ装置によって達成される。
本考案によるディスペンサ装置の特徴及び有利性は、添付図に関連して、限定されない実施形態の手段で記述に従い明らかになる。
本ディスペンサ装置は、投液される液体を収納する容器Cを備え、環状リムBと、環状リムBの内側に出入りするための容器穴Aにより規定される容器軸Xの周囲に環状壁Wにより形成される頸状部Nを備える。
ヘッド部20は、さらに、同様にアパーチャAにおいて 周囲にシール部を形成してシール(密閉)するために、容器Cの頸状部Nに取り付けられる補助的な胴体部2を備える。
ピストン26が投液限度位置にある場合、穴80は外部環境と通じているが、テイルシール26b(及び、ヘッドシール26a)によって、圧力チャンバ24から区分されている。初期のレスト位置では、ピストン26はレスト位置にあり、バルブディスペンサ手段は閉じ、バルブ吸引手段は閉じている。外部に対して大気吸引通路は閉じ、圧力チャンバ24内で投液するべき液体の存在が推定される。投液段階では、ピストン26は、レスト位置からトリガ28の手動の起動によって、投液限度位置へ投液ストロークを完了する。
さらに好適な形態によれば、ヘッド部と容器の接続機構は、容器に組み込まれた組み込みダクトが、フレームの吸引ダクトを相手にして積極的に軸ずれし、このために中間の流体の連結構造体の介在を必要とする液体吸引ダクトを備える容器の場合は、特に好適する。
当業者が偶然性の必要条件を満たすように、上述されたディスペンサ装置に対して修正してもよいことは明らかである。また、すべては、付加された請求項によって定義される保護の範囲を含んでいる。
Claims (23)
- 液体を投液するためのディスペンサ装置(1)であって、
−投液される液体を予め収納し、容器軸(X)に沿って伸びる頸状部が嵌め込まれた容器(C)と、
−前記容器の頸状部(N)に取り付けられたディスペンサヘッド部(20)と、
上記のものは下記を含む、
a)フレーム(22)は、
i) 圧力軸(Y)に沿ったシール様態においてピストン(26)が滑動され、外部に液体を投液するために、流体的に通じる圧力チャンバ(24)と、
ii)前記圧力チャンバ(24)に接続可能な第2の液体吸引ダクト(50)と、
b)前記圧力チャンバ(24)内で前記ピストン(26)を移動させるために接続された手動操作装置と、
c)前記フレーム(22)が取り付けられた補助的な胴体部(2)は、以下を含む、
i)前記第2の液体吸引ダクト(50)に関して、少なくとも部分的に軸ずれし、前記容器(C)の内部の仕切り部に接続された第1の液体吸引ダクト(8)と、
前記フレーム(22)と前記補助的な胴体部(2)の間で、接合仕切り部(64)は、第1の液体吸引ダクト(8)と上流で通じ、これらの間の流体の接続を形成するために第2の液体吸引ダクト(50)と下流で通じて形成される。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記容器は、補助的な液体吸引ダクト(202)が前記容器の底近傍に開口されて作製される側面環状壁(200)を備え、
前記第1の液体吸引ダクト(8)は、容器(C)の補助的な液体吸引ダクト(202)に接続可能である。 - 請求項2に記載の装置において、
前記容器の前記壁(200)は、機能壁(204)と補助の液体吸引ダクト(202)を一体的に形成するために、前記機能壁(204)の部分に沿って取り付ける容器内側における前記壁(200)の一部分である補助壁(206)を備える。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の装置において、
前記補助の液体吸引ダクト(202)は、容器(C)の頸状部(C)から軸方向に離れて、咬合口(208)から上方へ向かって延伸している。 - 請求項2乃至4のうちの何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記第1の液体吸引ダクト(8)は、前記補助の液体吸引ダクト(202)に接続するための終端部で、前記第1の液体吸引ダクト(8)の残りの部分の材料よりも小さい剛性の材料で作製される。 - 請求項5に記載の装置において、
コモールディングプロセスの手段により、前記第1の液体吸引ダクト(8)の残りの一部分と共に製作されるフレキシブル継ぎ手部(210)を備える。 - 請求項2乃至6のうちの何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記第1の液体吸引ダクト(8)は、
前記容器軸(X)に対して近位にあり、第1のダクト軸を有する主面(4a)から延伸する第1の部位(8a)と、
前記第1の部位(8a)の遠位にある第2の部位(8b)と、
前記容器軸(X)に対して遠位にあり、前記補助の液体吸引ダクト(202)の終端部と、を備える。 - 前述した請求項のうちの何れかに記載の装置において、
前記補助的な胴体部は、
ii) 容器(C)の内部の仕切り部に連結された第1の大気吸引ダクト(12)と、
前記フレームは、
iii)外部環境に連通可能な第2の大気吸引ダクト(72)と、
前記フレーム(22)の前記第2の大気吸引ダクト(72)及び、前記補助的な胴体部(2)の前記第1の大気吸引ダクト(12)が、前記接合仕切り部(64)を通過する液体に対するシールを形成するために軸方向にオーバーラップする。 - 前述した請求項のうちの何れかに記載の装置において、
前記補助的な胴体部(2)は、前記容器(C)の頸状部(N)に取り付けられている。 - 前述した請求項のうちの何れかに記載の装置において、
前記フレームは、補助的な胴体部(2)に対して気密な様態で取り付けられている。 - 請求項8及び、それ以外の前述した請求項のうちの何れか1項に記載の装置において、
−前記フレーム(22)は、容器軸(X)に沿って延伸し、第2の大気吸引ダクト(72)が形成される管状挿入部(70)を備え、
−前記フレーム(22)は、前記第2の液体吸引ダクト(50)が現れる前記補助的な胴体部(2)に向かう面に機能面(62)を有するプレート(60)を備え、
−前記機能面(62)の前記容器軸(X)に対して平行に突き出て、且つ前記補助的な胴体部(2)の前記第1の大気吸引ダクト(12)内に適合される前記管状挿入部(70)と、を備える。 - 請求項8及び、それ以外の前述した請求項のうちの何れか1項に記載の装置において、
前記圧力チャンバ(24)は、チャンバ壁(25)によって環状に規定され、前記第2の大気吸引ダクト(72)は、前記チャンバ壁(25)を通過して、穴(80)によって外部環境と連通可能である。 - 請求項8及び、それ以外の前述した請求項のうちの何れか1項に記載の装置において、
レスト位置において、前記第2の大気吸引ダクト(72)は、前記ピストン(26)上で形成されたシールによって外部環境から流体的に区分される。 - 請求項8及び、それ以外の前述した請求項のうちの何れか1項に記載の装置において、

前記第2の大気吸引ダクト(72)及び前記第2の液体吸引ダクト(50)は、前記容器軸(X)に対して正反対の側にある。 - 前述した請求項のうちの何れかに記載の装置において、
前記圧力軸(Y)は、容器軸(X)に対して、直角になる。 - 前述した請求項のうちの何れかに記載の装置において、
前記ディスペンサダクト(30)は、前記圧力軸(Y)から平行で隔てて、投液軸(Z)に沿って延伸する。 - 前述した請求項のうちの何れかに記載の装置において、
ダイヤフラム投液バルブと、ダイヤフラム吸引バルブを備えている。 - 前述した請求項のうちの何れかに記載の装置において、

−投液される液体を予め収容し、容器軸(X)に沿って伸びる頸状部(N)が嵌め込まれた容器(C)と、
−前記容器の前記頸状部(N)に取り付けられたディスペンサヘッド部(20)と、上記のものは下記を含む:
a) フレーム(22)は、
i) 圧力軸(Y)に沿ったシール様態においてピストン(26)が滑動され、外部に液体を投液するために、流体的に通じる圧力チャンバ(24)と、
ii)前記圧力チャンバ(24)に接続可能な第2の液体吸引ダクト(50)と、
iii) 外部環境と通じる得る第2の大気吸引ダクト(72)と、を含み、
b)前記圧力チャンバ(24)内で前記ピストン(26)を移動させるために接続された手動操作装置と、
c)前記フレーム(22)が取り付けられた補助的な胴体部(2)は、以下を含み、
i)前記容器(C)の内部の仕切り部に接続された第1の液体吸引ダクト(8)と、
ii) 前記容器(C)の内部の仕切り部に接続された第1の大気吸引ダクト(12)を備え、
