Abstract
【解決手段】表面シート2と裏面シート3との間に不燃性又は難燃性の弾力性、反発性、クッション性を有する綿4を配設し、該綿4の移動を防止すること及び該綿4を硬綿化させるための該表・裏面シート2,3の縫着手段となる止め糸5による縫着部を凹部6とし、その他の部分を凸部7とした凹凸模様を該表面シートに形成し、裏面シートは高収縮性シートとしたことを特徴とする積層部材。

Claims (8)
- 表面シートと裏面シートとの間に不燃性又は難燃性の弾力性、反発性、クッション性を有する綿を配設し、該綿の移動を防止すること及び該綿を硬綿化させるための該表・裏面シートの縫着手段となる止め糸による縫着部を凹部とし、その他の部分を凸部とした凹凸模様を該表面シートに形成し、裏面シートは高収縮性シートとしたことを特徴とする積層部材。
- 綿を木綿、真綿、パンヤ、麻繊維による綿、羊毛繊維による綿及び合成綿に不燃剤又は難燃剤を塗布加工や含浸加工したもの或いは不燃剤又は難燃剤を練り込み加工したもの、又はグラスウール、ロックウール等の無機繊維綿のいずれかとしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層部材。
- 表面シートは、柔軟性を有する高質な素材を基材とした材料又は/及び高級感があり、優れた色彩や各種模様等の意匠性を表現できる材料としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の積層部材。
- 表面シートは、不燃性とし、カーボン繊維或いはステンレス繊維・アモルファス繊維等の金属繊維、セラミック繊維、無機物のガラス繊維やアスベスト、テフロンコーティングした繊維等の材料のいずれかとしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の積層部材。
- 表面シートは、難燃性とし、皮、ナイロン、ポリエステル、コットン、レーヨン、合成レザー等に不燃剤又は難燃剤を塗布加工や含浸加工したもの、シリコンをコーティングしたもの、或いは素材自体に不燃剤又は難燃剤を練り込み加工や含浸加工したもの等の材料のいずれかとしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の積層部材。
- 裏面シートは、高収縮ポリエステル、高収縮アクリル、高収縮ナイロン、ポリウレタン等の高収縮性を有する材料或いはそれらと他の材料との混合物よりなる材料のいずれかとしたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか記載の積層部材。
- 表面シートに100μm〜2mmφの多数の小孔を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか記載の積層部材。
- 表・裏面シートは、0.1mm〜5mm厚、綿は1mm〜20mm厚としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか記載の積層部材。
