Abstract
Description
フォーム層と短繊維層のみを有する車両用内装材及び建築用シートは、まず、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維と30%の低融点ポリエチレン成分が含まれたポリエチレン繊維とが5:5の比率で混合された短繊維を公知のカーディング機によってカーディング成形する。
フォーム層、短繊維層及び繊維層を有する車両用内装材及び建築用シートは、まず、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維と30%の低融点ポリエチレン成分が含まれたポリエチレン繊維とが5:5の比率で混合された短繊維を公知のカーディング機によって1次カーディング成形する。
Claims (16)
- フォーム層の一面または両面に短繊維をカーディング成形して短繊維層を形成する車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法において、
前記フォーム層及び前記短繊維層に使用されるフォーム及び短繊維を同一の材質を用いてカーディング成形する工程と、
前記カーディング成形の後、フォーム層に短繊維をニードルパンチングで交絡させてフォーム層の内部にトラス状に埋め込む工程とを含むことを特徴とする、成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法。 - 前記製造方法が、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維とポリエチレン繊維とが混合された短繊維をカーディング成形する工程と、
前記フォーム層の一面または両面にカーディング成形された短繊維をニードルパンチング作業で交絡させて前記フォーム層の内部にトラス状に埋め込む工程と、
前記フォーム層の外部に露出した短繊維に120〜250℃の熱と圧力を加えることにより、前記フォーム層の一面または両面に、露出した短繊維が融けたり硬化したりして短繊維層が形成されるようにする工程とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法。 - 前記製造方法が、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維とポリエチレン繊維とが混合された短繊維を1次カーディング成形する工程と、
前記フォーム層の一面または両面にカーディング成形された短繊維をニードルパンチング作業で交絡させて前記フォーム層の内部にトラス状に埋め込む工程と、
前記短繊維が外部に露出したフォーム層の両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維またはポリエチレン繊維と天然繊維とが混合された繊維層を2次カーディング成形する工程と、
前記繊維層に120〜250℃の熱と圧力を加えることにより、前記フォーム層の一面または両面に、露出した短繊維が融けたり硬化したりして短繊維層が形成されるようにし、且つフォーム層に繊維層を一体化する工程とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法。 - 前記製造方法が、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維とポリエチレン繊維とが混合された短繊維をカーディング成形して短繊維層を製造する工程と、
前記短繊維層に120〜250℃の熱と圧力を加えることにより、前記フォーム層の一面または両面に、露出した短繊維が融けたり硬化したりして短繊維層が形成されるようにする工程とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法。 - 前記製造方法が、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維またはポリエチレン繊維と天然繊維とが混合された短繊維をカーディング成形する工程と、
前記フォーム層の一面または両面にカーディング成形された短繊維をニードルパンチング作業で交絡させて前記フォーム層の内部にトラス状に埋め込む工程と、
前記短繊維に120〜250℃の熱と圧力を加えることにより、前記短繊維が融けたり硬化したりして短繊維層が形成されるようにする工程とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法。 - 前記短繊維は、難燃処理された、あるいは一般的なポリプロピレン繊維とポリエチレン繊維とが3〜7:7〜3の比率で混合されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項2乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法。
- 前記短繊維のポリエチレン繊維には、20〜40%の低融点ポリエチレン成分が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法。
- 前記繊維層は、ポリプロピレン繊維またはポリエチレン繊維と天然繊維とが3〜7:7〜3の比率で混合されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項5に記載の成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法。
- 前記天然繊維が、亜麻、黄麻、ワングル、アバカ、ココナット、サイザル及び葛よりなる群から選択された少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項5に記載の成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シートの製造方法。
- ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層と、
前記フォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維とポリエチレン繊維とが混合された短繊維でカーディング成形された短繊維層とからなるが、
前記フォーム層の内部にニードルパンチングで前記短繊維を交絡させることにより、短繊維がトラス状に埋め込まれ、前記短繊維層に120〜250℃の熱と圧力を加えることにより、短繊維が融けたり硬化したりして前記短繊維層が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2の製造方法によって製造された成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シート。 - ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層と、
前記フォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維とポリエチレン繊維とが混合された短繊維でカーディング成形された短繊維層と、
前記短繊維が外部に露出したフォーム層の両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維またはポリエチレン繊維と天然繊維とを混合して積層された繊維層とからなるが、
前記フォーム層の内部にニードルパンチング作業で前記短繊維を交絡させることにより、前記短繊維がトラス状に埋め込まれ、前記繊維層に120〜250℃の熱と圧力を加えることにより、前記フォーム層の一面または両面に、露出した短繊維が融けたり硬化したりして前記短繊維層が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3の製造方法により製造された成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シート。 - ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層と、
前記フォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維とポリエチレン繊維とが混合された短繊維でカーディング成形された短繊維層とからなるが、
前記短繊維層に120〜250℃の熱と圧力を加えることにより、短繊維が融けたり硬化したりして前記短繊維層が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4の製造方法により製造された成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シート。 - ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン及び発泡ポリスチレンよりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つのチップによって発泡されたフォーム層と、
前記フォーム層の一面または両面に、ポリプロピレン繊維またはポリエチレン繊維と天然繊維とが混合された短繊維でカーディング成形された短繊維層とからなるが、
前記フォーム層の内部にニードルパンチングで前記短繊維を交絡させることにより、短繊維がトラス状に埋め込まれ、前記短繊維層に120〜250℃の熱と圧力を加えることにより、短繊維が融けたり硬化したりして前記短繊維層が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5の製造方法により製造された成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シート。 - 前記天然繊維が、亜麻、黄麻、ワングル、アバカ、ココナット、サイザル及び葛よりなる群から選択された少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする、請求項11または請求項13に記載の成形容易な車両用内装材及び建築用シート。
- 請求項10乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の車両用内装材及び建築用シートと、
前記シートの一面または両面に難燃処理された織物または一般織物が熱融着または接着されたことを特徴とする、車両及び建築用板材。 - 請求項10乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の車両用内装材及び建築用シートと、
前記シートの両面に石膏、セメント及びセラミック塗料よりなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを一定の厚さに塗布し、熱風乾燥及び加熱圧着を行って形成した層とを含んでなることを特徴とする、車両及び建築用板材。
