Description

本考案は、老人子供のみならず、目や指先が不自由な人でも、誰でも、粘着カーペットクリーナーのスペアー粘着テープの一周分を、容易に剥ぎ取る、ミシン目である。
従来ミシン目は 破断し易い為に 材料強度を弱めた物であり それがやりすぎると、粘着テープ一周分に止まらず、粘着テープ数層分を剥ぎ取る事となる。カットライン前後の引き裂き強さとカットライン上下の引き剥がし強さの差をどの程度にするかに掛かる。
カットラインを スペアテープの延長線に対し斜めに採るなど有るが、此処では鉛直に採る事とし、カットラインのいわばミシン目の形状により 引き裂き強さの加減を謀る。
ミシン目の一つを採りあげて、断続比のみで無く、鉤型など その形状にも配慮する。
テープの粘着性も使途・状況により様々で、それに対する剥がし強さ、更に裂き強さも様々であり、個々に対応する為、数種類の組合せを準備する。
テープの粘着性は 毛あしの長いカーペット用から 板張りフロアー用まで 三種類、それらに対する裂き強さも 婦女子用から 業務用まで 三種類は用意する。
もしも 需給の多寡を無視すれば 最低九種類の組合せが必要となる。
いわばミシン目の穴の長軸徑と短軸徑の比を大きくする事により、裂き強さを加減する。
いわばミシン目の形状を鉤型とし、不測の事態で 連鎖反応的に破壊が起きる事を防ぐ。
粘着カーペットクリーナーにおいて カートリッジであるスペア粘着テープの使用後ちょうど一周分除去するに当たり、ほどよく剥がせ 一周分裂き取る事ができる。
図１のように 異形の穴を連ね 剥がし易く 裂き易くした スペア粘着テープ。
図２のように 長軸徑と短軸徑の比を大きくする事により、裂き強さを加減する。
図３のように 穴の形状を鉤型とし、連鎖反応的に破壊が起きる事を防ぐ。
粘着カーペットクリーナーに限らず、通常、テープ状の物を引き裂いて使う事は多い。テープに適度な引き裂き強さを与える事は 幾多の場合有効である。
粘着カーペットクリーナーのスペア粘着テープのカートリッジである。 通称 ミシン目の穴の形状である。 穴の形状を 鉤型にし破損が連鎖し難い様に工夫したものである。
