Abstract
【解決手段】骨プレート100は、その近位端部102の付近に設けられ、複数の中央開口部及び当該中央開口部からオフセットされた複数の外側開口部を有するプロテーゼ周囲領域を含む。当該プロテーゼ周囲領域は複数の凹部をさらに含んでいてもよく、当該凹部の各々は隣接する外側開口部間を長手方向に伸びて当該骨プレートの幅を小さくする。骨プレート100は、骨ねじ150を使用して、所定の場所に固定される。

Description
前記固定するステップは前記外側開口部において前記骨ねじを回転すること及びロッキングキャップを当該骨ねじに固定して当該骨ねじを所定の位置に固定することを含んでいてもよい。
前記骨プレートは前記長手軸に沿って設けられた複数の中央開口部をさらに含んでいてもよく、前記方法は当該複数の中央開口部の一方にスペーサを挿入して当該骨プレートを前記骨から隔てるステップをさらに含んでいてもよい。
前記複数の中央開口部は前記複数の外側開口部にほぼ平行に前記骨プレートを通って伸びていてもよい。
前記方法は前記骨プレートの第1端部及び第2端部の1つに取外し可能な部分を結合して当該骨プレートの長さを伸ばすステップをさらに含んでいてもよい。
前記固定するステップはキャンセラス骨ねじおよびバイコーティカル骨ねじの1つを前記プロテーゼコンポーネントの周囲に及び当該プロテーゼコンポーネントを越えて挿入することを含んでいてもよい。

Claims (24)
- プロテーゼ周囲の骨折部を有する骨と共に使用するための骨プレートであって、前記骨プレートは前記骨プレートの第1端部から第2端部まで伸びる長手軸を有し、
前記骨プレートは、
前記骨に面するように構成された下部表面と、
前記下部表面の反対にある上部表面と、
前記上部表面及び前記下部表面を結合する第1側壁及び第2側壁と、
前記骨プレートの前記第1端部に設けられたプロテーゼ周囲領域と、を含み、
前記プロテーゼ周囲領域は前記骨プレートを通って前記上部表面から前記下部表面まで伸びる複数の外側開口部を含み、前記複数の外側開口部は前記長手軸に垂直な方向において前記長手軸からオフセットされており、前記第1側壁及び前記第2側壁は前記プロテーゼ周囲領域において起伏しており、前記骨プレートの第1の長さに沿ってかつ前記骨プレートの前記第1端部から前記第2端部に向かう方向において前記第2側壁が前記長手軸から外側に向かって広がると前記第1側壁が前記長手軸に向かって内側に小さくなり、前記骨プレートの第2の長さに沿ってかつ前記骨プレートの第1端部から第2端部に向かう方向において前記第2側壁が前記長手軸に向かって内側に小さくなると前記第1側壁が前記長手軸から外側に向かって広がることを特徴とする骨プレート。 - 前記骨プレートは前記骨プレートを通って前記上部表面から前記下部表面まで伸びる複数の中央開口部をさらに含み、前記複数の中央開口部は前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に沿って設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記複数の中央開口部は前記骨プレートの前記第2端部まで続いていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記複数の外側開口部は前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に平行な方向において前記中央開口部からオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記複数の外側開口部は2つの長手方向の列に設けられており、第1の長手方向の列は前記中央開口部の第1側部に沿って伸びており、第2の長手方向の列は前記中央開口部の前記第1側部と反対の第2側部に沿って伸びていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の骨プレート。
- 前記第1側壁及び前記第2側壁の各々は前記プロテーゼ周囲領域において複数の凹部を含み、各凹部は隣接する外側開口部間を長手方向に伸びており、これによって前記骨プレートは前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に垂直な方向において狭くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の骨プレート。
- 前記骨プレートは隣接する凹部間に形成された頂部をさらに含み、前記頂部は前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に垂直な方向において前記複数の外側開口部の少なくとも1つに位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記凹部の各々は前記骨プレートの長手軸に向かって内側に、基部における最大深さに達するまで伸びており、前記骨プレートの一方の側部の前記基部は前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に垂直な方向において前記骨プレートの反対の側部の頂部に位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記複数の外側開口部の各々はポリアキシャル骨ねじを受け入れるような大きさを有しており、前記ポリアキシャル骨ねじは前記複数の外側開口部の各々において垂直な構成と傾斜した構成との間で調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の骨プレート。
- プロテーゼ周囲の骨折部を有する骨と共に使用するための骨プレートであって、前記骨プレートは前記骨プレートの第1端部から第2端部まで伸びる長手軸を有し、
前記骨プレートは、
前記骨に面するように構成された平面的な下部表面と、
前記下部表面の反対にある上部表面と、
前記上部表面及び前記下部表面を結合する複数の側壁と、
前記骨プレートを通って前記上部表面から前記下部表面まで伸びる複数の外側開口部と、を含み、
前記複数の外側開口部は前記長手軸に垂直な方向において前記長手軸からオフセットされており、
前記骨プレートは前記側壁において複数の凹部をさらに含み、前記凹部の各々は隣接する外側開口部間を長手方向に伸びており、これによって前記骨プレートは前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に垂直な方向において狭くなっていることを特徴とする骨プレート。 - 前記上部表面と前記下部表面との間において測定された前記骨プレートの厚さは前記骨プレートの前記第1端部に向かって減少することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記骨プレートは前記骨プレートを通って前記上部表面から前記下部表面まで伸びる複数の中央開口部をさらに含み、前記複数の中央開口部は前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に沿って設けられていることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記複数の中央開口部は前記骨プレートの前記第1端部から前記第2端部まで伸びていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記複数の外側開口部は前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に平行な方向において前記中央開口部からオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記複数の外側開口部は2つの長手方向の列に設けられており、第1の長手方向の列は前記中央開口部の第1側部に沿って伸びており、第2の長手方向の列は前記中央開口部の前記第1側部と反対の第2側部に沿って伸びていることを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれかに記載の骨プレート。
- 前記骨プレートは隣接する凹部間に形成された頂部をさらに含み、前記頂部は前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に垂直な方向において前記複数の外側開口部の少なくとも1つに位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項10乃至15のいずれかに記載の骨プレート。
- 前記凹部の各々は前記骨プレートの長手軸に向かって内側に、基部における最大深さに達するまで伸びており、前記骨プレートの一方の側部の前記基部は前記骨プレートの前記長手軸に垂直な方向において前記骨プレートの反対の側部の頂部に位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の骨プレート。
- 前記複数の外側開口部の各々はポリアキシャル骨ねじを受け入れるような大きさを有しており、前記ポリアキシャル骨ねじは前記複数の外側開口部の各々において垂直な構成と傾斜した構成との間で調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項10乃至17のいずれかに記載の骨プレート。
- プロテーゼ周囲の骨折部を有する骨を修復する方法であって、前記骨は前記骨に埋め込まれたプロテーゼコンポーネントを含み、
前記方法は、
第1端部から第2端部まで伸びる長手軸を有する骨プレートを提供するステップを含み、前記骨プレートは前記骨プレートの前記第1端部に設けられたプロテーゼ周囲領域を含み、前記プロテーゼ周囲領域は前記長手軸に垂直な方向において前記長手軸からオフセットされた複数の外側開口部を含み、前記複数の外側開口部はほぼ平行に前記骨プレートを通って伸びており、前記骨プレートは隣接する外側開口部間を前記長手軸の内側に向かって狭くなっており、
前記方法は、前記プロテーゼコンポーネントを避けて骨ねじを前記複数の外側開口部の1つに挿入することによって前記骨プレートを前記骨に固定するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記固定するステップは前記外側開口部において前記骨ねじを回転すること及びロッキングキャップを前記骨ねじに固定して前記骨ねじを所定の位置に固定することを含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記骨プレートは前記長手軸に沿って設けられた複数の中央開口部をさらに含み、前記方法は前記複数の中央開口部の1つにスペーサを挿入して前記骨プレートを前記骨から隔てるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項19又は20に記載の方法。

- 前記方法は前記骨プレートの第1端部及び第2端部の1つに取外し可能な部分を結合して前記骨プレートの長さを伸ばすステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項19乃至22のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記固定するステップはキャンセラス骨ねじおよびバイコーティカル骨ねじの1つを前記プロテーゼコンポーネントの周囲に及び前記プロテーゼコンポーネントを越えて挿入するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項19乃至23のいずれかに記載の方法。
