Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 骨の骨折を治療するためのシステムであって、
骨に噛み合うように構成された骨プレートであって、前記骨プレートが縦軸に沿って延び、近位部分、シャフト、および遠位部分を含む骨プレートを含み、
前記シャフトが複数の孔を備え、前記第一の孔反復パターンがすべての前記第一の孔反復パターンの中心点を接続する第一の仮想線分を有し、前記第二の孔反復パターンがすべての前記第二の孔反復パターンの中心点を接続する第二の仮想線分を有し、前記第一の仮想線分および前記第二の仮想線分が平行であり、また前記第一の仮想線分および前記第二の仮想線分が前記縦軸に対して角度を有し、
前記遠位部分が複数の遠位孔および後側と前側を備え、前記遠位部分の前記後側が前記遠位部分の前記前側に対して隆起している、システム。 - 前記シャフトの前記複数の孔を通して受けられる少なくとも一つのファスナーと、前記遠位部分の前記複数の遠位孔を通して少なくとも一つのファスナーとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一の反復パターンが第一の中心孔を含み、前記第二の反復パターンが第二の中心孔を含み、および前記第一および第二の中心孔の前記中心点が、概して前記プレートの前記縦軸に沿って整列されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャフトがくびれた端部のスカラップを画定する前部および後部側壁をさらに備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記前部側壁の前記くびれた端部のスカラップが第一のくぼみを画定し、前記後部側壁の前記くびれた端部のスカラップが第二のくぼみを画定する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一および第二のくぼみが概して前記第一の反復パターンの前記第一の中心孔と整列されている、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 第三の仮想線分が、前記第一のくぼみの半径の中心点を、前記第二のくぼみの半径の中心点と接続する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記くびれた端部のスカラップが波状のスカラップの形状であり、その結果、シャフトのプロファイルが幅全体にわたり連続的に変化する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記骨プレートが複数のキックスタンド孔を備え、前記キックスタンド孔が互いに分離され、かつ別方向に配向されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記近位部分が先細り先端を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。

前記骨と噛み合うように構成されている骨プレートであって、前記骨プレートが、縦軸に沿って延び、かつ近位部分、シャフト、および遠位部分を備え、
前記シャフトが複数の孔を備え、前記複数の孔が第一の孔反復パターンおよび第二の孔反復パターンを含み、前記第一の孔反復パターンがすべての前記第一の孔反復パターンの中心点を接続する第一の仮想線分を有し、前記第二の孔反復パターンがすべての前記第二の孔反復パターンの中心点を接続する第二の仮想線分を有し、前記第一の仮想線分および前記第二の仮想線分が平行であり、また前記第一の仮想線分および前記第二の仮想線分が前記縦軸に対して角度を有し、また前記第一の反復パターンが第一の中心孔を含み、かつ前記第二の反復パターンが第二の中心孔を含み、および前記第一および第二の中心孔の前記中心点が、概して前記プレートの前記縦軸に沿って整列されている、システム。 - 前記シャフトの前記複数の孔を通して受けられる少なくとも一つのファスナーをさらに含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャフトがくびれた端部のスカラップを画定する前部および後部側壁をさらに備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記前部側壁の前記くびれた端部のスカラップが第一のくぼみを画定し、前記後部側壁の前記くびれた端部のスカラップが第二のくぼみを画定する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一および第二のくぼみが概して前記第一の反復パターンの前記第一の中心孔と整列されている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 第三の仮想線分が、前記第一のくぼみの半径の中心点を、前記第二のくぼみの半径の中心点と接続する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記くびれた端部のスカラップが波状のスカラップの形状であり、その結果、シャフトのプロファイルが幅全体にわたり連続的に変化する、請求項16に記載のシステム。
