Claims (4)
- 真空グレージング内に配置されるカプセル化ゲッター(100)であって、カプセル化ボックス(30)と、該カプセル化ボックス(30)内に配置されるゲッター(1)とを備え、前記カプセル化ボックス(30)が閉鎖キャビティを形成し、前記ゲッター(1)と前記カプセル化ボックス(30)の内面との間に隙間(5)が存在するカプセル化ゲッター(100)。
- 通気性および断熱性の充填材料(50)が前記隙間(5)内に配置され、それによって前記ゲッター(1)の位置が、前記カプセル化ボックス(30)に対して固定される請求項1に記載の真空グレージング内に配置されるカプセル化ゲッター(100)。
- 前記カプセル化ボックス(30)が、該カプセル化ボックス(30)の底面に沿って外側に延在する2つ以上のブラケット(6)を備え、前記ブラケット(6)の厚さが、前記真空グレージングのピラーの厚さに等しいか、あるいはそれより薄い請求項1または2に記載の真空グレージング内に配置されるカプセル化ゲッター(100)。
- 前記カプセル化ボックス(30)が、レーザ光線によって切断することが可能なフィルム状ガラスまたは金属材料から製造される請求項1または2に記載の真空グレージング内に配置されるカプセル化ゲッター(100)。
