2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a road is constructed, as shown in FIG. 13, an embankment 20 is formed by embankment on a lower ground 18 and an asphalt 21 or the like is laid on the upper surface thereof. Is going. In this case, an impermeable sheet 28 is inserted inside the sloped surface 27 of the embankment ground 20 substantially in parallel with the sloped surface 27 so that rainwater or the like entering from the sloped surface 27 does not penetrate deeply into the embankment ground 20. ing. Rainwater or the like that has passed through the embankment 20 or the surface of the impermeable sheet 28 is collected in a drain 29 provided on a lower side surface of the embankment 20, and is drained to sewage or a river. For example, as shown in FIG. 14, a lightweight and pressure-resistant foamed synthetic resin body 19 is placed on the lower ground 18 in order to prevent consolidation settlement and slippage of the lower ground 18 due to embankment.
After preventing the separation or the like of the foamed synthetic resin body 19 laminated thereon by covering the surface member 30 as necessary,
The embankment is formed to form the embankment 20, and the road is laid by paving. Also, on the sidewalks and roads, a slope is formed on the surface to treat rainwater that has fallen on the surface, and a drainage ditch and drainage port are provided below the slope, so that drainage is smooth without rainwater etc. To avoid disturbing traffic.

[0004] In addition, even when the water is treated by a drainage ditch or a drain, when heavy rain temporarily falls such as in the evening, the rainwater exceeds the treatment capacity and the surface of the sidewalk or the road is exposed to rainwater. It has overflowed and has become a hindrance to cars and people. This is due to the fact that the catchment ditch, drainage outlet, etc. are designed to be as economical as possible on average or slightly more rain than average, and that the space can be used effectively. It is difficult to sacrifice economical efficiency, effective use of space, etc. by changing such design philosophy drastically in order to process temporary objects, so it is inconvenient. There is a problem.

The material of the storage tank 2 and the water cover plate 3 in this embodiment is as light as a foamed synthetic resin molded article.
It is effective to use a material that has a certain elastic force and is strong against a load from above, but may be a material such as a concrete body, a synthetic resin body, a rust-proof metal plate, or a wooden plate. Further, a plurality of chambers 5 are formed in the storage tank 2 by the partition frame 4, but the number of the chambers 5 is not particularly limited. This partition frame 4
Can support the load applied to the water-permeable cover plate 3 even on the peripheral surface of the storage tank 2 other than the upper surface, and can withstand a larger load. However, when a durable material such as a concrete body is used, Is not necessary. Furthermore, the water passage hole 16 of the water passage cover plate 3 may be formed by simply providing a large number of pores in addition to the one shown in FIGS.
Various shapes are also included, such as those having a large number of pores having an inverted truncated conical shape with a cross section whose upper portion is largely reduced and whose lower portion is reduced.
In the case of an inverted truncated cone, there is little slippage with the embankment and it is easy to pass rainwater or the like.

FIG. 1 shows a temporary storage tank 1 inside an inclined surface 27 of an embankment 20 formed by embankment above a lower ground 18.
The stacked stepwise illustrates an example use was laid roads by asphalt 21 upward. In this case, the temporary storage tanks 1 are stacked stepwise so that the small through holes 7 formed in the bottom surface 6 are located above the water cover plate 3 of the temporary storage tank 1 below. With such a configuration, when rainwater falling above the asphalt 21 or rainwater falling on the inclined surface 27 of the embankment 20 enters the embankment 20 from the road shoulders on both sides of the asphalt 21, it temporarily stops. The water reaches the water cover plate 3 of the storage tank 1 and further penetrates into the interior of the chamber 5 to be stored. Therefore, since the rainwater or the like passes through the embankment 20 only for a very short distance in the vertical direction until reaching the water cover plate 3, the embankment 20 may be disintegrated by rainwater, etc. Formation does not occur. Then, rainwater or the like accumulated in the chamber 5 leaks little by little from the small through-holes 7 of each temporary storage tank 1 and flows out to the temporary storage tank 1 located below, from the temporary storage tank 1 in the lowermost layer. Is discharged to the drain groove 29 by a discharge pipe 32 provided as necessary, but may be discharged to the lower ground 18. The amount of the lowermost temporary storage tank 1 flowing out from the discharge pipe 32 is extremely small, and the water is slowly discharged over time, so that the drainage groove 29 does not overflow. Further, since the temporary storage tank 1 is stacked along the inclined surface 27 on the side of the embankment 20, the load is not applied to a vehicle or the like passing on the asphalt 21 on the road, and the temporary storage tank 1 is hollow. But it can withstand enough.

FIG. 2 shows an example in which the temporary storage tank of the present invention is used for the embankment 20 of the wall 22. This example
The wall 22 is erected on the lower side of the inclined ground 23 to fill up the ground to form a flat ground. In this case, the foamed synthetic resin moldings 19 are laminated in an inverted right triangle, and as shown in FIG. The temporary storage tank 1 is stacked on the boundary between the stacked body and the inclined ground 23 in an inverted staircase so that the small through-hole 7 of the upper temporary storage tank 1 is located on the lower water passage cover plate 3. It is arranged. In the case of this use example, the rain that has fallen on the flat ground on the upper side infiltrates into the embankment 20 and the foamed synthetic resin molded article 1
Along the top surface of 9, it passes through the water cover plate 3 of the temporary storage tank 1 at the uppermost position and enters the inside of the chamber 5. Therefore, since rainwater only enters from the temporary storage tank 1 at the uppermost position, as shown in FIG. 5, the small through-hole 7 flowing out to the lower temporary storage tank 1 is larger in the upper one, that is, D1> D.
2> D3 so as to expedite the outflow to the lower temporary storage tank 1 and to discharge pipe 32 from the lowermost temporary storage tank 1
It is designed to flow out of the wall 22 through the wall 22. With this configuration, rainwater or the like that has fallen on the embankment 20 formed by the wall 22 is sequentially stored in the plurality of temporary storage tanks 1 and gradually flows out over time. This can prevent pools and ground collapse. Of course, when a plurality of layers are stacked, for example, D
Combinations such as 1, D1, D1, D2, D2, D2, D3, and the like may be stacked and used depending on the water permeability.

Are buried in a plurality of steps and embanked above the water cover plate 3 to form a sidewalk, and the temporary storage tank 1 shown in FIGS. 10 to 12 is buried in the roadside ground 24 on the right side of FIG. The water cover plate 3 is used as a sidewalk as it is, and the temporary storage tank 1 is buried stepwise along the inclined surface 27. The temporary storage tank 1 in the left side shoulder ground 24 guides all the water flowing out of the asphalt 21 and the rainwater falling on the sidewalk to the room 5 through the water cover plate 3, and the rainwater and the like collected in the room 5 are timed. Through the small through-hole 7 to the temporary storage tank 1 below, and the lower temporary storage tank 1 guides rainwater or the like infiltrating from the inclined surface 27 to the chamber 5 through the water cover plate 3 to temporarily store the lowermost layer. It flows out from the layer 1 to the non-water channel 29 through the discharge pipe 32. Thereby, the roadside ground 24 and the inclined surface 27 do not collapse.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the temporary storage tank 1 in the right shoulder ground 24 is installed above the drain groove 25, so that the water collected in the chamber 5 is gradually removed from the small through hole 7. The rainwater, etc., which flows out into the drain groove 25 and is led to the sewage or river by the drain groove 25 and enters from the inclined surface 27, is temporarily stored in the temporary storage tank 1 buried along the inclined surface 27 in the same manner as described above. And is discharged.

FIG. 4 shows the present invention on a low ground 26 of a golf course.
This is an example when a temporary storage tank is used . As shown in the figure, the temporary storage tank 1 is laid and embedded in one or more stages in the low ground 26. With this installation, even if a large amount of rainwater or the like temporarily collects on the low ground 26, the rainwater immediately enters the chamber 5 from the water-permeable cover plate 3 and is stored therein. As a result, water does not accumulate on the low ground 26 and does not hinder the traffic of the breaker.
