With the paving of urban roads and sidewalks, and the development of residential areas around cities, there is a risk that even if there is only a small amount of rainfall, rainwater from roads and residential areas will be discharged into road gutters and overflow, causing problems with traffic. Furthermore, since it is impossible to expand the area of rivers within cities, the drainage capacity of rivers is limited, so if more than a certain amount of drainage is carried out, there is a risk of developing into flood damage. Therefore, recently, there has been a need to treat rainwater and road drainage in urban areas, land development areas, etc. around rivers within the area. Particularly in crowded urban areas, rainwater drainage from roads and houses flows into the road gutter, or only rainwater drainage from the road flows into the road gutter and is discharged into rivers, etc. However, depending on the situation, immediate drainage may cause a disaster, so it is becoming necessary to limit the amount of water discharged while discharging water.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention was developed with the purpose of providing a rainwater infiltration filtration device for roadside ditches that combines a storage method and an underground infiltration method. A cylindrical socket is inserted through the center of the bottom of a U-shaped gutter block, a filter cylinder is erected in the socket, and a lid plate having a small hole is placed on the top of the filter cylinder. Providing grooves on the inner surface and bottom of the side walls near both end faces of the block and fitting a water-permeable partition plate therein, and filling the space separated by the water-permeable partition plate with sand,
Furthermore, a water-permeable perforated holding plate is placed in the hole through the filter cylinder, and grooves are formed on the inner surfaces of both side walls at both ends of the block with the same cross section as the block, and oil removal plates are installed in the grooves. It is characterized by a series of fitted blocks.

By doing this, when it rains, when rainwater flows from the roadway 41, sidewalk 42, etc. over the entire line of the gutter formed by blocks A, B, and C, it is first collected in the gutter formed by blocks C and B. As the reservoir water level rises, block C
Since the rainwater that flows down into the water contains mud and dirt, it is temporarily stored in the filter cylinder F of block A, and coarse gravel, sand, etc. settle out and the oil gradually rises to the surface, and the oil in block B. The oil mixed in the rainwater further rises to the surface on the removal plate G, passes through the rainwater through the space between the lower end of the oil removal plate G and the bottom 13, and the oil and water are separated and flow toward the block A, forming a water-permeable partition. Rainwater passes through plate D, 52 layers of sand (filtered sand), filter 32, and enters filter cylinder F in a clean state, and air in trench 44 passes through pipe 49, trench pipe 46, and filter cylinder. The rainwater is released to the outside world from the small hole 33 at the top of the body F, flows down into the trench pipe 46, flows out from the trench pipe 46 to the outside of the pipe 49, and gradually sinks into the ground while filling the surrounding gravel layer. By permeating into the water, rainwater from the gutters is removed.

Since the present invention is as described above, it is suitable as a rainwater permeation filtration device for a road gutter. In particular, the holding plate E of the block A is provided at a position slightly lower than the upper end of the water passage cross section of the gutter, and the water permeable partition plate D Since both are located at approximately the same position, when the gutter is full of water, the gutter along the entire line is communicated with each other. In addition, in case of emergency, if a drainage notch is provided to drain water into a river etc. at a position higher than the top surface of the water-permeable partition plate D, even if it rains,
Since rainwater is stored in the side gutters and permeates underground, it is only when the side gutters become full and exceeds the underground infiltration capacity that water overflows from the drainage notches and is discharged into the river. It takes a considerable amount of time, the amount of runoff is small, and the impact on flowing water in rivers can be extremely minimized.
Furthermore, although various problems have recently appeared due to a decline in the groundwater level, by using the device of the present invention to return rainwater underground, there are many advantages such as helping to prevent the decline in the groundwater level.
