Abstract
【解決手段】リングアタマ1において、バネ取り付け用の爪3c,3fを等間隔にて6本形成する。そして、布地6の片面にバネ4を当て、この布地6の反対面側からリング4の係合部5内に爪を挿し込んでバネ4とリングアタマ1をカシメる。これにより、6本の爪の作用により、バネ4の取り付け強度が従来より20%増し、バネ4が使用中に外れたりせず、よって安全性が高まる。

Description
2.バネが取れないように、リングアタマの爪の厚さ(素材の板厚)を厚くして取り付 け強度を高めると、材料費が高くつき、またプレス加工及び爪の起立に際して負荷が 増大することから、製作コストが高くなる。
3.素材の板厚を厚くすると、この分、重量が増すため、超軽量化が求められる製品の 場合にはマイナス要因となる。
4.リングアタマの重量が増すと、この分、薄物あるいは弱い生地の場合に傷みが早ま る。
このように5本から6本に形成することにより、約20%の強度アップを図ることができるため、素材の板厚は従来通りで良い。
1.爪が6本のため、バネの取付強度が増し、繰り返し使用してもリングアタマからバ ネが外れることがない。よって、例えばベビー服の場合、この取れたバネを幼児が口 に入れてしまう危険を回避できる。
2.バネの取付強度を高めるために、リングアタマの爪の厚さ(素材の板厚)を厚くす る必要がないため、材料費及び製作コストは従来と変わらない。
3.強度を増しても重量が増すことはない。
4.強度を増しても、薄物あるいは弱い布地の場合に傷める心配がない。
また、リングアタマは、必要に応じて表面がメッキあるいはコーティング加工される場合もある。
上記各図において、符号の1は爪3a〜3fを起立させる前のリングアタマを示し、このリングアタマ1は、ベース面2と、先端をベース面2の中心方向に向けて打ち抜き加工し、6本の爪3a〜3fとから成る。このリングアタマ1は、図2に示すように爪3a〜3fを90°起立させて製品とする。
図3において、7はバネ4の中央に形成したリング部4a内に係合するゲンコ、4bはリング部4aの要所に形成した割りであって、この割り4bを形成したことによる弾性作用により、ゲンコ7とバネ4は嵌合し易く、外れにくいという機能が付与される。

Claims (2)
- バネ取付用の爪を等間隔にて6本形成して成るホックにおけるバネ取付用のリングアタマ。
- 前記爪は、金属製の平板をプレスにて打ち抜いたあと、前記平板から90°起立させて形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホックにおけるバネ取付用のリングアタマ。
