Abstract
【課題】接合強度を高めることができる薄型電池ハウジングを提供する。
【解決手段】薄型電池6を収容する薄型電池ハウジングであって、前記薄型電池が設置されたフレームを囲むプラスチックフレーム4、および前記薄型電池の2つの相反する露出面をそれぞれ密閉カバーし、薄板本体50と、前記薄板本体の周縁から延伸され、前記フレームに嵌め込まれる複数の錨形固定片51をそれぞれ有し、前記各錨形固定片は、直線前縁と、前記前縁の両側から前記薄板本体に向けて延伸され、少なくとも1つの凹部がそれぞれ形成された2つの側縁が形成され、前記凹部の輪郭は、2つの滑らかな表面を有する金属板5を含む薄型電池ハウジング。

Claims (7)
- 薄型電池を収容する薄型電池ハウジングであって、
前記薄型電池が設置されたフレームを囲むプラスチックフレーム、および
前記薄型電池の2つの相反する露出面をそれぞれ密閉カバーし、薄板本体と、前記薄板本体の周縁から延伸され、前記フレームに嵌め込まれる複数の錨形固定片をそれぞれ有し、前記各錨形固定片は、直線前縁と、前記前縁の両側から前記薄板本体に向けて延伸され、少なくとも1つの凹部がそれぞれ形成された2つの側縁が形成され、前記凹部の輪郭は、2つの滑らかな表面を有する金属板を含むことを特徴とする薄型電池ハウジング。 - 前記各固定片は、前記前縁と前記2つの側縁の間に斜め削り角縁をそれぞれ形成する請求項1または請求項2に記載の薄型電池ハウジング。
- 前記側縁の凹部の輪郭は、円弧形、または円弧形に近い多辺形からなる請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の薄型電池ハウジング。
- 前記フレームの頂面と底面上は、前記各固定片を収容する環形溝がそれぞれ形成され、前記金属板をプラスチックフレームに位置付けする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の薄型電池ハウジング。
- 前記プラスチックフレームが前記2つの金属板に接続する方向の上に少なくとも1つの穿通孔を形成し、且つ、そのうちの1つの金属板は、前記薄板本体の周縁から延伸され、前記穿通孔に穿通して設置され、もう1つの金属板と電気的導通を形成する少なくとも1つの接続素子を更に有する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の薄型電池ハウジング。
- 前記各固定片は、少なくとも1つの孔を更に形成する請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の薄型電池ハウジング。
- 前記金属板に超音波、または高周波を施すことで前記錨形固定片を前記プラスチックフレームに嵌め込む請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の薄型電池ハウジング。
