する場合には美観上の問題が生じる。 【解決手段】糸を用いてダンボール端部を縫製すること
で破断面を塞ぎ、露出する中芯ライナーもしくは中ライ
ナーを隠すと同時に、縫製によるステッチによってその
美観をも向上させる。

【発明の属する技術分野】
本考案は、ダンボールの破断面処理に関するものである。特に、その処理によっ て製品の美観を向上させることを目的としたものに関するものである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ダンボールの破断面は、その構造上、中芯ライナーもしくは中ライナーが露出し 、家具等の目的で利用する場合には美観上の問題が生じる。

【従来の技術】
一般的に、このような問題を解決するためには、プラスチック製のコーナー材を 用いる、もしくはテープで破断面を隠す、等の処理がなされている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、糸を用いてダンボール端部を縫製することで破断面を塞ぎ、露出する 中芯ライナーもしくは中ライナーを隠すと同時に、縫製によるステッチによって その美観をも向上させることができる。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下に本考案の実施形態を図面を参照して説明する。図１は実施形態の縫製によ るダンボールの破断面処理の斜視図である。外側に面する表ライナー１と裏ライ ナー２、内側の中芯ライナー３もしくは中ライナー４によって構成されるダンボ ールの端部を図１のように縫製し、破断面を塞ぐ。
【０００６】 縫製形態は、図１の様な直線縫製に限定されるものではなく、例えばジグザグ縫 製や縁かがり縫製、バイヤステープを用いての縫製等も可能である。
