Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 技術分野 本発明は包装容器用排出装置に関し、更に特にドッキ
ング（docking）型の排出装置に関するものである。例
えば、ホースの口へ包装容器を結合またはドッキングす
る際にしばしば要求されるものである。診療の場合、種
々のタイプの栄養溶液用の軟質パウチ（poaches）の大
量の消費があり、かかるパッケージをより一層合理的に
扱う必要性がある。
更に、例えば点滴溶液等の非経口溶液に関する場合、
高度の無菌性が必要である。
背景技術 軟質パウチ用の排出装置の分野における従来技術は、
充填および密封の前に軟質パウチに溶接される特殊な口
を有する軟質パウチに関し、上記口は引き裂き可能なク
ロージャー、あるいは針またはクロージャーの膜を貫通
するための他の正確な工具を有する。
従来技術の排出またはドッキング装置は適当な衛生お
よび無菌基準には適合はしているが、製造上の見地から
は、既知の構造では、例えば別個に口の細部の溶接を必
要とする不合理な製造手順のためコストが高くなること
が考えられる。
以前は、実際のタイプの軟質パウチは伝統的方法によ
り製造されていた。すなわち、軟質パウチはブランク
（blank）から個々に製造されていた。
特殊な内容物を有する軟質パウチを製造するための
「ホース」技術の採用は、例えばスウェーデン国特許第
455044号明細書に開示されている。しかし、かかる技術
では、パウチの内部へドッキングするために別個のコネ
クタ部材が使用される。
本発明の目的は、例えばホース形成法により直接形成
され、排出導管に無菌タイプの組み立てまたはドッキン
グを可能にする一体的（integral）ドッキング装置また
は排出装置を有する包装容器を提供することにある。本
発明のドッキング装置は、その利点として、製品が充填
されたホースから、個別の製品含有パッケージを製造す
る用途に使用することができるが、他の分野の用途があ
ることは勿論のことである。
発明の開示 従って、本発明は、軟質材で形成されたチャネルを有
する包装容器であって、該容器の内部が排出装置、例え
ばホースの口に連結されることが企図される包装容器を
提供することにある。
この容器は、チャネルが該チャネルを開放するための
グリップフラップ（grip flap）により止められており
（terminate）、該グリップフラップは、チャネルを開
放すると該チャネルの内側の部分が露出されるようにな
っていることを特徴とする。
好適例においては、チャネルの端部領域において、グ
リップフラップを最初に切り裂くための刻設部を付け、
この切り裂くための刻設部はチャネルに対して横方向に
延びる円周方向のぜい弱部を形成し、該ぜい弱部は開放
されたチャネルから突出しかつ排出装置用の導入案内面
として作用する少なくとも１つの断面を形成する。
一つの態様において、グリップフラップが、わん曲し
た断面を有するチャネルの切り裂き端部の末端として配
設される。
発明を実施するための最良の形態 第１図における軟質パウチ10は２辺あるいはまた３辺
が溶接された軟質パウチである。この場合、軟質パウチ
には側部溶接部11,12が存在し、これらの側部溶接部11,
12は、軟質プラスチック若しくは積層材料からなる単一
の平坦素材を第１図に示す形状に折り曲げることにより
得ることができる。その代わり、ホースを平らに変形さ
せ、その状態で両開放端部に溶接を施して側部溶接部1
1,12を形成することも可能である。なお、ホースを平ら
に変形させて側部溶接部11,12を形成する場合には、ホ
ースに製品を充填した状態で側部溶接部11,12を形成す
るのが好ましい。この場合、溶接に先立って製品自体を
溶接個所から遠ざけておく。
上記溶接を行うと同時に、第１図における充填された
軟質パウチ10のひし形の角領域にチャネル13を形成せし
めるための溶接部30も作る。更に、対角の角には吊り下
げ用の穴23を形成せしめるための溶接部31を作る。
第２図においては、最初の例として、平行な２箇所の
溶接部14,15を画成し、グリップフラップ16により止め
られているチャネル13′の一部分を示す。グリップフラ
ップを初期に切り裂くための一対の刻設部17,17′を溶
接部14,15の各々に配置する。実際の場合、２枚のプラ
スチック、箔、積層体またはウエブの如き軟質材により
形成され得るチャネル13′は、第２図における湾曲した
ライン18に沿った非開口状態で止める。
かかるラインの外側において、グリップフラップを、
ハッチング領域で示すように溶接する。チャネル13′を
形成する第２図における上側ウエブにおいては、第１湾
曲ぜい弱部19があり、第２図における下側ウエブにおい
ては、点線で示す第２湾曲ぜい弱部20がある。第２図よ
り、より精密には第３図より明らかなように、グリップ
フラップを弱部19,20に沿って切り裂いた後に、チャネ
ルのドッキングまたは挿入（entering）部分21が得られ
る。この部分21は切り裂いた後、直接チャネルの内側の
部分を露出し、排出装置の口の迅速なる挿入を可能とす
る。無菌性はほんの僅かな間阻止されるが、内部の包装
容器の内容物は挿入またはドッキング操作によっては全
く乱されない。
第４図においては、１以上の導入案内面を如何にして
得るかを示す。また、この図では、チャネル13′をグリ
ップ16′で止めている。溶接部14′,15′においては、
最初の刻設部17″,17があり、上側の箔ウエブにはＳ
字型のぜい弱部19′があり、また第２図に対応するよう
に、この場合下側の箔ウエブにＳ字型のぜい弱部20′が
ある。
本発明の数例を示したが、実際、本発明の範囲内にお
いて改良および変更を行うことができる。
一般的な例として、チャネル13〜13″を包装容器の内
部方向に断面を減ずるように形成せしめることができ
る。内部チャネルを有する軟質パウチ10をもつ代わり
に、異なる種類の容器に取り付けるための別のチャネル
ユニットを形成せしめることができる。しかし、本例に
おける一体的製造手法が本発明の場合には好ましい。
図面の簡単な説明 第１図は、本発明の切り裂くための構造を有する、あ
るタイプのグリップフラップをチャネルの先端に設けた
軟質パウチの一実施例を示し、 第２図は、グリップフラップを有するチャネルの最初
の一例の一部分を示し、 第３図は、グリップフラップを除去した後に露出され
る第２図におけるチャネルを示し、 第４図は、グリップフラップを有するチャネルの他の
例を示す。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】軟質材で形成されたチャネル（13,13′,1
    3″）を有する包装容器の内部が、排出装置に連結され
    る包装容器であって、チャネル（13,13′,13″）が該チ
    ャネル（13,13′,13″）を開放するためのグリップフラ
    ップ（16,16′）により止められており、チャネル（13,
    13′,13″）を開放すると該チャネル（13,13′,13″）
    の内側の部分（21）が露出されるようになっており、そ
    して該グリップフラップ（16,16′）を最初に切り裂く
    ための刻設部（17,17′,17″,17）が該チャネル（13,
    13′,13″）の端部に形成されており、そして上記刻設
    部（17,17′,17″,17）がチャネル（13,13′,13″）
    に対して横方向に延びる円周方向のぜい弱部（19,20;1
    9′,20′）を形成している該包装容器において、 該円周方向のぜい弱部（19,20;19′,20′）がわん曲形
    状であり、その結果、該円周方向のぜい弱部（19,20;1
    9′,20′）が該チャネル（13,13′,13″）の垂直横断面
    に関し突出している断面を形成し、そしてチャネル（1
    3,13′,13″）の内側部分は露出されると内装容器とは
    別体の排出装置を連結させるための導入案内面として機
    能することを特徴とする、包装容器。
  2. 【請求項２】円周方向のぜい弱部（19′,20′）が、Ｓ
    形状である、請求の範囲第１項記載の包装容器。
