本考案はパイプの固定構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、パイプを固定するためには、パイプと直角の円周面に孔をあけて固定板 等を介して前記の孔にボルトを貫通してナットで止めるためパイプが潰れるおそ れがある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案の課題はパイプの圧潰を防ぎ綺麗に固定することが可能なパイプ固定構 造を得ることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の手段は次のとおりである。
【０００５】 パイプ（１）の円周面（１ａ）にアングル等の固定物（Ａ）を介して貫通孔（ ２）を穿ち、貫通孔（２）の円周面（１ａ）に適合する弯曲座金（３）を当てて 、ボルト（４）を弯曲座金（３）より貫通孔（２）及び固定物（Ａ）に貫挿して ぼねと（４）の頭部（４ａ）又はナット（７）を弯曲座金（３）の中心孔（５） に形成した放射型緩み止め粗面（６）に圧着させたパイプ固定構造。

【考案の実施の形態】
図の符号１はパイプで任意の板材Ａ等に固着されるものである。２はパイプ１に 対して直角に貫通した貫通孔で弯曲座金３を当てる弯曲座金３はパイプ１の円周 面１ａに適合する弯曲面を形成し、中心孔５の周りに緩み止め粗面６を放射状に 施してある弯曲座金３を当てた状態でボルト４を中心孔５から貫通孔２、固定物 Ａを介して貫挿しナット７をねじ込んで固着する。

【効果】
本考案によれば、ボルト又はナットは弯曲座金にぴったりと適合しているので 、良く安定し、しかも緩み止め粗面６により、ボルト又はナットはパイプに止め られ空転して緩むことがなく確実に固着することができ又パイプが圧潰するおそ れはない効果がある。
