(57)【要約】 【課題】誰でも素材を縦、横、斜めの線を使い、均一の
長さ、巾と角度を自由に切ることが出来るまな板を得
る。 【解決手段】プラスチック製まな板用基板の表面に、複
数の縦、横、斜めの線をプリント印刷し、線には、数色
の色を配し、薄い透明たは半透明のプラスチックシート
をラミネート加工する。または透明または半透明のプラ
スチックシートの裏面に、数色の色を配した複数の縦、
横、斜め線をプリント印刷し、これをプラスチック製ま
な板用基板にラミネート加工する。ラミネート加工は、
通常の接着剤による積層のほか、熱融着や高周波加工な
ども好適と考えられる。

従来のまな板は単に平面であって、ただ切るだけのものである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術で述べた通り、まな板の面は単に平面であり熟練者でなければ、素 材例えば、野菜等を均等に切ることが難しい、そこで本考案は、熟練者でなくて も、素材を均等にかつ簡単に切ることのできるまな板を提供しょうとするもので ある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本考案における線入りまな板は、プラスチック製 まな板用基板に複数の縦、横、斜めの線を有するプリント層を介して、数ｍｍの 透明または半透明のプラスチックシートをラミネート加工する。

【考案の実施の形態】
プラスチック製まな板用基板１の表面に、複数の、縦、横、斜めの線をプリン ト印刷２し、これに、数ｍｍの透明または半透明のプラスチックシート３をラミ ネート加工してなるまな板。線には、数色の色を等間隔に配置する。
【０００６】 あらかじめ、透明または半透明のプラスチックシート３の裏面に、複数の、縦 、横、斜めの線をプリント印刷２する。これを、プラスチック製まな板用基板１ にラミネート加工する。なお、これらのラミネート加工は、通常の接着剤による 積層のほか、熱融着や高周波加工なども好適と考えられる。プリント印刷の他に 、フイルム、シールなどもある。

【考案の効果】
本考案は、上記の通り構成されているので、熟練者でなくても、プリント層の 線を目安に食材を好みの長さ、巾を選び、切ることができる。
【０００８】 板上の線を利用し、食材を同一の長さを切るだけでなく、三角形、四角形、亀 甲の形などにも、応用して切ることができる。
【０００９】 食材を横線上と斜線上の交わる箇所に中心がくるように置き、斜線に沿って切 り離すと、長さと角度が同一の斜め切りができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 プラスチック製まな板用基板（１）の少
    なくとも片面に、複数の、縦、横、斜め（２）の線を有
    するプリント層を介して、透明または半透明のプラスチ
    ックシート（３）を積層してなる、線入りまな板。
  2. 【請求項２】 まな板用基板（１）およびプラスチック
    シート（３）が、ポリプロピレン系樹脂からなる請求項
    １記載の線入りまな板。
  3. 【請求項３】 プリント層（２）が、プラスチック製ま
    な板用基板（１）上に印刷されたものである請求項１記
    載の線入りまな板。
  4. 【請求項４】 プリント層（２）が、プラスチックシー
    ト（３）の裏面に印刷されたものである請求項１記載の
    線入りまな板。
