物の袋の取付け，取外しを容易し，安価にして，糞の始
末を楽にしようとする。 【解決手段】 柄３のある枠１の先端をへら型にし，へ
ら型部の中央を切断し，枠の中へポリ袋を通す。使用の
ときは，ポリ袋の一方を袋の底をくぐって回し，もう一
方は柄とともに握る。使用後の取り外しは，柄とともに
握ったポリ袋の一方と柄を，それぞれ反対方向へ引く。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この発明は柄のついた枠の一部を切断し，Ｕ字形のポリ袋などをセットして使 う，犬などペット類または，人にも使える糞取り器具である。
従来，糞の始末するとき，紙で掴み取ることなどは，嫌悪感を伴い，リングに 袋などを取りつけるものは，止め金などを使い，手数が掛かったが嫌悪感を少く し，袋の取付け，取外しを簡易にして，糞の始末を楽にしようとするものである 。
なお，枠は円形にこだわらず，楕円，四角など使用形態に合わせたものにすれ ばよい。
