構成し、この鍋本体の上部開口部を閉塞する鍋蓋体の周
縁が前記段差部に係止してこの上部開口部に閉塞架設し
得るように構成し、且つ鍋蓋体の周縁と上部開口周縁部
の内面とに少許の周間隙が生じるように構成した鍋にお
いて、前記段差部に所定間隔を置いて前記鍋蓋体の周縁
が当接し得る支承突起部を設けて、前記鍋蓋体の周縁と
前記段差部との間に前記周間隙と連通する浮上間隙が形
成されるように構成し、この段差部に設けた支承突起部
に鍋本体内に収納架設するトレー体の周縁を係止してこ
の鍋本体の上部開口部にトレー体を閉塞架設し得るよう
に構成して、このトレー体の周縁と段差部との間に前記
周間隙と連通する浮上間隙が形成されるように構成し、
このトレー体の前記支承突起部に係止する周縁水平鍔部
数箇所に、裏面側が凹所となる上方折曲突出部を周縁か
ら内側に向かって所定範囲だけ形成し、前記段差部に設
けた支承突起部に前記トレー体の周縁を係止して鍋本体
の上部開口部にトレー体を閉塞架設した状態で、この段
差部に係止したトレー体の周縁の前記折曲突出部上に前
記鍋蓋体の周縁を係止してトレー体の上部開口部に鍋蓋
体を閉塞架設し得るように構成して、鍋蓋体とトレー体
の周縁との間に、このトレー体の周縁と前記上部開口周
縁部との周間隙と連通する浮上間隙が形成されるように
構成したことを特徴とする鍋。
