Abstract

(57)【要約】 ［目的］ 効率のよい水の濾過作用を行なうことがで
き、併せて、観賞魚の糞も集積してヘドロ化を防止し、
さらには他の附帯装置の除去をも図ることができる水槽
用の濾過装置とする。 ［構成］ フィルター収容部の上方にエア噴出部を備
え、そのエア噴出部と対向して回転ファンを備えている
こととする。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は水槽、特に観賞魚飼育用の水槽用として使用される濾過装置に関す る。

【考案の背景】
一般的に、観賞魚を水槽で飼育する場合、水槽内の水は溜水が使用されるこ ととなり、水槽の底部にフィルター用マットや砂利を敷設し、水中内の酸素を確 保するためエアポンプでエアを送り込み、また、餌滓や排泄物あるいは光との関 係等で水中に発生する成分を浄化する濾過装置が収められる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の濾過装置は化学繊維材を保形したフィルターを容器内 に収用し、その容器内に水が流通することで濾過作用を行なうもので、水槽内の 水の流れはエアの送り込みや観賞魚の遊泳により生ずる緩やかなもののため、時 間的な効率が悪く、さらに、観賞魚が自らの糞をついばみ、吐出することからヘ ドロ化現象も生じてしまうことが多かったものである。

【考案の目的】
そこで、本考案は上記した従来の技術の問題点に着目してなされたもので、 かかる問題点を解消して、効率のよい水の濾過作用を行なうことができ、併せて 、観賞魚の糞も集積してヘドロ化を防止し、さらには他の附帯装置の除去をも図 ることができる水槽用の濾過装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するために、本考案に係る水槽用の濾過装置はフィルター収 容部の上方にエア噴出部を備え、そのエア噴出部と対向して回転ファンを備えて いることを特徴としている。

【作用】
かかる構成としたことにより、エアの噴出力でファンを回転させ、そのファ ンの回転で強制的に水を吸引するため、従来に比べはるかに強力で効率のよい濾 過作業が実行でき、その強い水流によって糞も強制的に装置容器内へ取り込んで しまうことも可能となるのである。

【実施例】
次に、本考案の実施の一例を図面を参照して説明する。図１は本考案を実施 した水槽用の濾過装置の断面図、図２は同じくケーシングの平面図、図３は同じ くケーシング上体の壁面断面図、図４は同じくエア噴出体の平面図、図５は同じ く底部筒状部の平面図である。
【０００８】 これらの図にあって１は濾過装置本体を示し、２は正多角形をしたケーシン グを示している。また、このケーシング２の上面開口には同径とした上体３が施 蓋されており、この施蓋は上体３の側壁外面に形成された係合突子４をケーシン グ２の内壁面と係合固定によりなされている。
【０００９】 また、前記上体３は中央部分に円形の開口が設けられ、その開口から上方へ 円筒体５が一体に形成されている。この円筒体５の基端位置には１２０度ピッチ の三本の架橋部６、６、６が形成され、その架橋部６、６、６の中心部分には後 述するファンの下軸挿入用の筒孔７が形成されたものとなっている。
【００１０】 さらに、上体３の一部には透孔８が穿設されている。この透孔８にはＬ字状 に屈曲されたエア噴出部９の導入パイプ１０が下方より圧入して取り付けられ、 上方より止着リング１１で抜け落ちを防止されている。前記したエア噴出部９は 中空円盤体となっており、その上面の縁寄りには複数のエア噴出口１２、１２… が形成されている。
【００１１】 また、前記した上体３の円筒体５の上面開口にはキャップ体１３が所定角度 の捻り止めで備えられている。このキャップ体１３の上面は１２０度ピッチの三 本の架橋部１４、１４、１４が形成され、その架橋部１４、１４、１４の中心部 分には上面を塞いだ、ファンの上軸挿入部１５が形成されている。
【００１２】 そして、図中１６は回転ファンの軸部を示し、この軸部１６には複数枚の上 向きに捻ったファン１７、１７…が取り付けられている。前記軸部１６は上部及 び下部が軸径が細められて、各々上軸挿入部１５及び筒孔７へ回転自在に挿入さ れ、位置決めされている。
【００１３】 一方、前記したケーシング２の開口縁近くにはリング状をしたフランジ１８ が形成されており、このフランジ１８に略裁頭円錐状をした網状のフィルター収 容部１９がスナップイン止着により吊持固定されており、このフィルター収容部 １９内には化学繊維の塊を利用したフィルター２０が収容されている。
【００１４】 また、ケーシング２の外底面にはスペーサ２１、２１…が一体に形成され、 その底面中心には外部と連通する筒状部２２が形成されている。この筒状部２２ は相対向する位置に一対の切り出し片２３、２３が形成され、その切り出し片２ ３、２３の外面部分には係止部２４、２４が一体成形されている。
【００１５】 そして、ケーシング２の筒状部２２の周囲となる内底部には重錘とフィルタ ーを兼用させる多数の小石２５、２５…が収容されており、その小石２５、２５ …の表面にはケーシング２の内径と合致するリング状をした押え板２６が取り付 けられ、その押え板２６は内径縁を前記切り出し片２３、２３の係止部２４、２ ４により係止されている。
【００１６】 さらに、ケーシング２の底面には複数の放射状をしたスリット２７、２７… が形成され、筒状部２２の下方部分には縦方向のスリット２８、２８…が複数形 成されたものとなっている。
【００１７】 本実施例に係る水槽用の濾過装置は上記のように構成される。ここで、その 作用を説明する。この装置本体１は水槽の水底に載置され、水面は装置本体の頂 面よりも高く位置することとなる。この際にスペーサ２１、２１…によって水底 面とケーシング２との間に隙間が形成され、通水を可能なものとしており、水は 筒状部２２を通って装置本体１内へ満たされることとなる。
【００１８】 この状態で導入パイプ１０を介してエア噴出部９のエア噴出口１２、１２… からエアが上方へ噴出されると、この噴出力を受けてファン１７、１７…が回転 して水を強制的に下方から上方へと流水させ、この際、水は筒状部２２からのみ でなく、スリット２７、２８も通り、小石２５、２５…内を通水することとなる 。この水はフィルター収容部１９の外形に沿って流れながら内部のフィルター２ ０内を通り、上方へと抜けていくこととなる。この流れによって水内の細かい埃 のほか、糞等も筒状部２２から入り、フィルター収容部１９の外形に沿って浮遊 し、押え板２６上へ堆積されていくこととなる。
【００１９】 なお、本実施例におけるフィルター収容部１９の形状やエア噴出部９の導入 パイプ１０の固定位置、あるいはファンの軸体１６の支持位置等は設計変更によ り他のものに代替えできることは勿論である。

【考案の効果】
本考案に係る水槽用の濾過装置は上述のように構成され、作用する。そのた め、従来に比べて、はるかに効率的に水の濾過作業が実施され、糞等もケーシン グ内へ収納してしまうことができ、水質を長時間良質に保つことができる。また 、本考案の構成によって従来は必要としていた水槽底面用のフィルターマットや 酸素送り込み用の装置等を不要とすることができる等経済的にも有利なものとな る。

    備え、そのエア噴出部と対向して回転ファンを備えてい
    ることを特徴とする水槽用の濾過装置。
  2. 【請求項２】 フィルター収容部は少なくとも下端を錐
    状とした網状体とし、フィルターは繊維塊としてあるこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１に記載の水槽用の濾過装置。
