Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、履物用中底の改良に関
し、詳しくは、開口した革の部品であるシート材を、血
液の循環を促進するために突起が設けられたゴムのシー
トに縫いつけたり接着したりして一体化した構造の中底
に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術及びその課題】従来より、種々のタイプの
中底が知られている。ある例では弾性材料により突起を
有するものとして形成され、当該中底を特定の履物に用
いたときに、ユーザーの足の血行を促進し、治療的効果
を生じる。
【０００３】他の例としては、一体になったクッション
材と弾性材ないしはゴムの層を有する中底があり、また
その他の例では、通気性を高めるように作られた中底が
ある。
【０００４】関連するものとしては、実用新案第208.30
5号に記載された靴底を挙げることができる。この靴底
では、中央の領域に円柱状の突起が形成され、踵とつま
先部分に対応する端部の領域には、織り混ぜられた仕切
りの間に別の突起が設けられている。これらは全て、各
ポイントで効果的な密着性を生じる吸引作用を得るため
である。
【０００５】同様に関連するものとして、実用新案第27
4.981号を挙げることができる。この例では、靴底は、
下部層と、それとは別のクッション性の上部層とから形
成され、両方の層は突き合わされた面に、互いに係合す
る適切な凹部と突起とを有しており、その領域が他より
も硬く、他の領域が必然的に柔らかくなるようにして、
ユーザーに快適さを与えるようにしている。
【０００６】また、同様に関連するものとして、スペイ
ン特許第P−8900063号を挙げることができる。この履物
用の靴底は厚いコルクの芯材を有し、その回りに加硫さ
れたゴムのリムが設けられ、かつその上に、足の解剖学
的形状を外見上維持する、開口を有する薄い革のカバー
を保持し、さらに、その下には、通常の靴底本体、もし
くは地面と接触するために適切な抵抗を持った靴底本体
を有している。

【発明の要旨】本発明に係る中底は、２つの部材を組み
合わせた構造であって、その２つの部材が下側支持体で
ある靴底本体で補完されるという特徴を有している。
【０００８】２つの基本部材の一方は、ゴムなどの弾性
材料の中底で形成され、歩行時にユーザーに対して治療
的効果を与え、通気性を高め、かつ快適性を増すよう
に、凸状表面を有する複数の突起を備えている。他方の
部材は、ゴムのシートに縫合や貼着により固定される、
開口を有する革のシートで構成されている。そして、中
底に靴底本体を取り付けることにより、中底が非常に硬
くなり、ユーザーの快適さを損なわずに優れた仕上げ品
質を得ることができる。
【０００９】この意味において、開口を有する革のシー
トは、つま先の部分を横断する領域と土踏まずの内側の
かなり広い領域に加えて、突起が設けられたシートの周
縁部分を覆うようにのびている。また、開口を有する革
のシートの周縁部は、突起の設けられたシートの表面か
ら少し高くされた状態を維持する幅広の帯状部分を形成
するという特徴を有している。そして、この高くされた
部分が、中底の外形線の境界を定め、言い替えれば、中
底の解剖学的形状を定めている。
【００１０】このように、本発明の中底は、突起を有す
るゴムのシートと、その周縁部にのびていて開口を有す
る革のシートとの結合すなわち組み合わせにより、従来
の中底よりも優れた仕上げ品質を有した状態で、非常に
高い硬度を得ることができる。また、ユーザーの血行を
促進するために突起が設けられた従来の一般的な中底が
通常は有していない、開口を有する革のシートにより、
水分の発散も可能となる。

【実施例】以下に、本発明の特徴をより良く理解できる
ように添付した図面を用いて、本発明に係る履物用中底
の新規な構成と効果について説明する。
【００１２】図には、本発明の中底が２枚のシートでど
のように構成されているかが示されている。符号１を付
けている一方のシートは、ゴムなどの弾性材料で形成さ
れ、上端部が凸面状に湾曲した多くの突起２を有してい
る。符号３を付けている他方のシートは、開口を有する
革の部材からなり、この革シート３は、縫合部４や、接
着などの他の一般的な手段によりゴムシート１に固定さ
れている。
【００１３】開口を有する革シート３は、ゴムシート１
に対して周縁部で固定されていて、その周縁部の幅広の
帯状部５と、つま先部分に対応した横断帯部６と、土踏
まずの内側部分の表面に対応して定められた広い領域７
とを有している。上述のようにして固定されたこれら２
枚のシート１,３が、支持体として機能する靴底本体８
に重ねて固定されて靴底が形成され、その後は、その靴
底に応じた履物の残りの部分を組み付けるだけでよい。
【００１４】上述した方法で連結されたシート１及び３
は、高い硬度を持った中底を形成し、シート３を開口し
た革素材で構成しているために水分の発散が可能となる
一方で、突起２が設けられているので、血液の循環が促
進され、ユーザーの足に対する治療的効果が得られる。
これらの２つの特徴は、弾性材料で形成した、突起を有
する従来の中底では得られなかったものであり、それ
は、従来の中底では、水分を発散できないことに加え、
上述した本発明の中底により得られるような剛性や硬度
に欠けるためである。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 表の面および裏の面を有して弾性材料で
    一体に形成された第１シート(1)と、 開口した革のシート材で形成された第２シート(3)と、 上記第１シート(1)の裏の面に取り付けられる支持体(8)
    とを含んでおり、 上記第１シート(1)は表の面に配列された複数の突起(2)
    を有しており、 上記第２シート(3)は、上記突起(2)の大部分が露出され
    るように上記第１シート(1)の表の面に対して縫合また
    は接着により取り付けられ、該第２シート(3)は、幅広
    の周縁帯状部(5)と、つま先部分に対応した横断帯部(6)
    と、土踏まずの内側端に対応した広い領域(7)とを区画
    形成し、 上記支持体は、中央部分と、該中央部分よりも高くされ
    た周縁部分とを有する上面を備えており、該周縁部分が
    第２シート(3)に覆われることにより、該第２シート(3)
    が、上記第１シート(1)の突起(2)の上部面よりも高くさ
    れた上記幅広の周縁帯状部(5)を形成することを特徴と
    する履物用中底。
