Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、土木建築構造体の単位体として利用すること
ができる、スパイラル管を外層構造体にした三層構造の
管構造体に関する。 従来から、サプイラル金属管は、ダクトとして利用さ
れてきたが、近年、スパイラル金属管は、ダクトとして
利用されるのみならず、土木建築構造物の壁、床等にも
利用されるようになってきた。 本発明は、土木建築構造物の壁、床等などの内部に使
用するのに適した実用性の高い管構造体を提供すること
を目的とする。 上記の目的を達成するための具体的構成を図面に従い
説明する。 第１図に示すように、本発明は、外層構造体１を形成
するスパイラル金属管は内周面には、スパイラル金属管
と同一素材で断面Ｕ字状に屈曲して内向きに突出したフ
ィン状突起２を配設し、その表面には、外向きに適宜間
隔を取ってはぜ合せ部４を設けている。内層構造体３は
金属或いは合成樹脂で形成されており、外層構造体１と
内層構造体３との間には、物理的な絶縁を可能にする発
泡性合成樹脂や空気からなる絶縁物５とで三層構造の管
構造体を形成している。 そして、本発明の管構造体は第２図に示すように、コ
ンクリート剛性構造物６である壁面、床面、天井面、屋
根面の内部に使用し、軽くて丈夫な面構造体を建造でき
る。 本発明は、スパイラル金属管にした外層構造体１と内
層構造体３とそれらの間に発泡性合成樹脂からなる絶縁
物５を介在させてなり、外層構造体１と内層構造体３と
絶縁物５との三層構造の管構造体とし、その外層構造体
１の内周面に内向きにフィン状突起２を配設し、前記外
層構造体１の表面に外向きに間隔を取ってはぜ合わせ部
４を設けたスパイラル金属管を外層構造体にした三層構
造の管構造体であるから、外層構造体１と内層構造体３
との間に配設した絶縁物５により音や熱を確実に絶縁す
ることができ、また、外層構造体１の内周面に内向きに
配設したフィン状突起２と外層構造体１の表面に外向き
に適宜間隔を取って設けたはぜ合わせ部４とによって、
スパイラル金属管の自体の強度を増すことができる。

体にした三層構造の管構造体の実施例のひとつの断面図
であり、第２図は、本発明の管構造体を使用したコンク
リート剛性構造物の断面図である。 １……スパイラル金属管でなる外層構造体、２……フィ

  1. (57)【特許請求の範囲】 １．スパイラル金属管にした外層構造体１と内層構造体
    ３とそれらの間に発泡性合成樹脂からなる絶縁物５を介
    在させてなり、外層構造体１と内層構造体３と絶縁物５
    との三層構造の管構造体とし、その外層構造体１の内周
    面に内向きにフィン状突起２を配設し、前記外層構造体
    １の表面に外向きに間隔を取ってはぜ合わせ部４を設け
    たスパイラル金属管を外層構造体にした三層構造の管構
    造体。
