問題があった。FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a conventional device, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view thereof. In this figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a flat conveyor as a main conveyor, and 2 and 2 denote a pair of opposing guide plates. The guide plates 2 and 2 stand close to the upper surface of the conveyor 1 and are moved by the conveyor 1. The work 3 is brought into contact with the guide plates 2 to align the direction and position of the work 3. However, in this apparatus, since there is a gap between the upper surface of the conveyor 1 and the lower edge of the guide plate 2, especially in the case of a thin plate-like work having flat upper and lower surfaces, the work is inserted into this gap as shown in FIG. 3 cannot be transported or damage the work.

In addition, there are some conveyors that convey the work on the flat conveyor from both left and right sides while sandwiching it with another set of conveyors, but it is still difficult to sandwich the side of a thin work or the belt spacing of the conveyor that sandwiches the side Was difficult to fine-tune.

装置により達成される。(Constitution of the Invention) According to the present invention, an object of the present invention is to place a thin, substantially plate-shaped work having flat upper and lower surfaces on a conveyor having a width sufficiently larger than the work and arrange the work in a predetermined direction to the next step. In the conveying device for conveying, the upper surface is flat and wide, and the main conveyor for mounting and conveying the work, a side guide plate arranged along one side of the main conveyor, and a substantially upper surface of the main conveyor. A shift conveyor consisting of a belt having a circular cross section which runs obliquely with respect to the main conveyor so as to face the side guide plate so that the downstream side in the conveying direction approaches the side guide plate over the entire width, and the main conveyor and The lower surface and the upper surface of the work are respectively brought into contact with the one-sided conveyor, and the work is sandwiched between the two conveyors. This is achieved by a transport device characterized in that the transfer is performed while being arranged in the direction.

に送出される。Therefore, the work 10 placed on the flat conveyor 16 is 3A,
As shown in FIG. 4A, the workpiece 10 is sandwiched between the conveyors 16 and 22. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3B, the workpiece 10 is moved in the Y direction by the one-side conveyor 22 having a large slip resistance.
16 Sliding on top. At this time, since the belt of the one-side conveyor 22 is circular in cross section, when the work 10 moves in the X direction, the work 10 is moved toward the side guide plate 20 while slightly twisting. Therefore, the work 10 can be moved without being damaged. Then, the work 10 hits the side guide plate 20 as shown in FIGS. 3C and 4B, becomes parallel to the guide plate 20, and moves in the X direction parallel to the flat conveyor 16 as it is. As a result, the work 10 is sent out to the subsequent process with the direction and the discharge position determined.

This uses a large number of round belts 26 inclined in 24 directions.
That is, a number of pulleys 28 are driven to rotate in the same direction, and a round belt 26 is wound between two pulleys 28 that are obliquely positioned so that the downstream pulley 28 in the running direction approaches the guide plate 24. According to this embodiment, the work 10 is more smoothly fed in the direction of the guide plate 24, and the positioning speed is increased.

Therefore, the belt of the one-side conveyor can be easily twisted during the conveyance, so that a large force is not applied to the work, and the work can be conveyed while being reliably protected. Further, the work is brought into contact with the side guide side while the lower surface is slid on the main conveyor and the belt of the one-side conveyor is twisted on the upper surface, so that the direction of the work and the discharge position are aligned, thereby damaging the work. Can be arranged smoothly without any problem.
