Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、木造住宅の外壁に、該
外壁を貫通して組付けた換気口用木製枠の保護、殊に雨
水に基づく腐食を防ぐために用いる保護枠に関するもの
である。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】木造住宅の台所或いは風呂場の外壁には
換気口用木製枠が組付けられているのが一般で、屋外端
側にフードを取付けて、雨水による腐食を防ぐようにし
ている。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来例におけるフード
は、換気口用木製枠に直接接続するわけではなく、外壁
に別個に取り付ける構造になっており、そのため、該フ
ードの取付け部と外壁との間に隙間が生じ、経時的には
雨水が換気口用木製枠の屋外端側に接触することは避け
られない。
【０００４】従って、前記のフードは換気口用木製枠の
保護については必ずしも機能していない

【課題を解決するための手段】木造住宅の外壁に該外壁
を貫通して組付けた換気口用木製枠の外周に沿う外カバ
ー部を備え、該外カバー部の屋内端側に、木造住宅の外
壁下地に釘着するひれ部片を外方向にして突設すると共
に、前記外カバー部の屋外端には前記換気口用木製枠の
屋外端面を套装する前カバー部を連設し、この前カバー
部の内端に前記外カバー部の内側に間隙を存して内カバ
ー部を連設し、屋内側開口の前記間隙を換気口用木製枠
の係合間隙とした構成とする。

【実施例】図面は本発明に係る木造住宅における換気口
用木製枠の保護枠の一実施例を示す断面図で、図中、１
は換気口用木製枠、２は保護枠、３は外壁下地、４は化
粧壁をそれぞれ示す。
【０００７】換気口用木製枠１は、木板を方形枠状に組
付けて構成したもので、外壁下地３に、該外壁下地３を
貫通させて組付けてある。
【０００８】保護枠２は、板金加工して形成したもの
で、前記換気口用木製枠の外周に沿い、外形とほぼ一致
する外カバー部５を備え、該外カバー部５の屋内端側
に、外カバー部５の各部片に対応するようにしてひれ部
片６を外方向に突設し、外カバー部５の屋外端には前記
換気口用木製枠の屋外端１ａ面を套装する正面視方形リ
ング状の前カバー部７を連設し、この前カバー部７の内
端に前記外カバー部５の内側に存して該外カバー部５と
共に換気口用木製枠１の（屋内側開口の）係合間隙８を
構成する内カバー部９を連設して構成したものである。
【０００９】しかして、化粧壁４を施す関係上、外壁下
地３より屋外方向に突出させた換気口用木製枠１の屋外
端１ａ部に、係合間隙８を係合するようにした保護枠２
を換気口用木製枠１に組合わせ、ひれ部片６を前記外壁
下地３にねじ釘１０を打ち込んで固定し、外壁下地３の
外側に化粧壁４を施すことによって保護枠２の取付け施
工を終える。
【００１０】なお、鎖線で示す図示１２は換気扇を示
し、保護枠２の屋外側には換気口用木製枠１に連通する
フード又は開閉板を取付けるが、図面はこれを省略して
ある。

【発明の効果】本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、
取付け施工が容易で、換気口用木製枠の屋外側面を完全
に套装して、換気口用木製枠の雨水の接触による腐食を
確実に防ぐことができる。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 木造住宅の外壁に該外壁を貫通して組付
    けた換気口用木製枠の外周に沿う外カバー部を備え、該
    外カバー部の屋内端側に、木造住宅の外壁下地に釘着す
    るひれ部片を外方向にして突設すると共に、前記外カバ
    ー部の屋外端には前記換気口用木製枠の屋外端面を套装
    する前カバー部を連設し、この前カバー部の内端に前記
    外カバー部の内側に間隙を存して内カバー部を連設し、
    屋内側開口の前記間隙を換気口用木製枠の係合間隙とし
    た、木造住宅における換気口用木製枠の保護枠。
