(Prior art) Many tower-shaped structures such as the main tower of long suspension bridges are 100m to 300m above the ground or at sea level, and a divided block (weight of about 70 to 100t) of the main tower is hoisted by a jib crane or winch. As a erection method in which the main towers are sequentially erected upwards, conventionally, a jib crane or the like is generally provided on the top of the main tower during the erection, and the jib crane can be lifted by a lifting device according to the extension of the main tower. The construction method is adopted in which the wire of this jib crane is extended to the ground, the divided block is hung by the hook at the lower end of the wire, and the divided block is hung by the jib crane (for example, JP-A-56-1190).

(Problems to be solved by the invention) When the height of the main tower reaches 200 to 300 m, it takes one hour or more for one way to hoist the divided blocks from the ground to the mounting location. If the wind becomes violent on the way, the divided block suspended by the wire will start to oscillate greatly, and it is almost impossible to physically stop the oscillating, which may cause an excessive load on the crane. Not only does it become a state, but when the divided block collides with the main tower, problems such as damage to the divided block and the main tower and damage to the scaffolding for construction occur.
