Description

Cable-mounted crane device for mounting stiff beam of suspension bridge and mounting method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a cable crane device for installing a stiff beam of a suspension bridge and an installation method.
Background
A suspension bridge, also known as a suspension bridge, refers to a bridge having two main cables suspended by a cable tower and anchored to both banks (or both ends of the bridge) at intervals in the width direction of the bridge as main upper load-bearing members. With the rapid development of the large-span suspension bridge in China, the cable crane has been used as a special hoisting device for vertically hoisting and installing the stiff beam of the suspension bridge. Suspension bridge stiffness beam is usually manufactured into segments in factories or on site, the stiffness beam segments are transported to the position right below a hoisting position in a shipping mode, and a cable crane is adopted to vertically hoist or swing at a small angle to install the stiffness beam segments. The conventional cable crane cannot travel on the main cable with load and only can vertically lift at a fixed point, so that the cable crane is not suitable for the requirement that the stiff beam segments in mountainous areas longitudinally move to the installation position after being lifted from two tower sides, and is also not suitable for the installation of the stiff beam segments at the shallow water position near the bridge span shore. For the installation of suspension bridges in mountainous areas and without shipping conditions, a cable crane hoisting method or a bridge deck bridge erecting machine girder erecting method is generally adopted, but the two methods do not utilize a suspension bridge main cable as a bearing system, so that the measure cost of bridge construction is increased. The invention Chinese patent CN106916354B discloses a cable crane combining hoisting and walking, the walking system of the patent uses the main cable of a suspension bridge as a walking guide rail, the cable crane walks along the main cable through a traction device, the acting point of the main cable stress is positioned above the main cable, the main cable is easy to generate the risk of deflection and distortion when the cable crane is subjected to wind load, sunlight deflection irradiation and unbalanced load stress of a lifted heavy object in the process of on-load walking, the walking stability of the cable crane is reduced, and the cable crane and the walking wheel of the traditional cable crane walk on the main cable directly, so that the damage to the main cable is easy to cause. However, the traditional cable crane cannot realize the on-load walking due to the limited walking speed, only one stiff beam segment can be installed every day, and the construction efficiency is low.

And the cable carrying crane for carrying runs above the stiff beam section, so that potential damage to personnel and equipment below the suspension bridge due to the fact that the cable carrying crane is in a carrying unhooking state can be avoided; in addition, the hoisting distance of the cable carrying crane for carrying is short, and the efficiency is further improved.
And the cable clamp in the walking track mechanism is connected with the anchor ear of the main cable of the suspension bridge, force is transferred to the main cable for bearing, and the movable cable carrying crane with load can longitudinally move on the guide rail on the track beam along the axle axis of the bridge, so that the horizontal movement and lifting of the stiff beam section are realized, and the installation of the stiff beam section is completed.
