末梢血管拡張作用を有し、毛髪の発育に対し有利な作用
を示すとして、ビタミンEニコチン酸エステルが知られ
ている[特公昭47−47663号公報参照]。また、ニコチ
ン酸が養毛化粧料の主成分又は一成分としても使用され
ている[特開昭48−58149号公報及び特公昭56−32962号
公報参照]。しかし、ニコチン酸1−オキシドひいては
ピリジンカルボン酸1−オキシド又はその誘導体が発毛
