Abstract
Description
充電器からバッテリーに流れる充電電流が電流計測デバイスにより計測される場合において、前記電流計測デバイスの計測値を取得する取得部と、
前記充電器から流れる既知の電流値に基づいて前記充電電流の電流値を算出する電流値算出部と、
算出された前記電流値および前記計測値に基づいて、前記電流計測デバイスのオフセットを補正する補正部と、
を備える。
上記のバッテリーおよび上記の補機が搭載され、
上記のバッテリー管理システムを備える。
図1は、本開示の実施の形態に係るEV駆動システム100の構成を模式的に示す図である。本開示の実施の形態に係るEV駆動システム100は、バッテリーモジュール10と、モーター11と、インバーター12と、充電器13と、電流計測デバイス14と、バッテリー管理システム20と、VCU40(車両制御ユニット)と、ジャンクションボックス50とを備える。なお、本開示の実施の形態に係るEV駆動システム100は、EV(電気自動車)に適用されるが、本開示はこれに限らず、プラグインハイブリッド車、ハイブリッド車、フォークリフト、産業ロボット、および、蓄電池システムに適用されてもよい。
制御装置30は、記憶部31、取得部32および制御部33を有する。

前記充電器から流れる電流値が定電流領域である場合に前記充電器から流れる電流値I k および前記充電器から補機に流れる電流値I a を記憶する記憶部と、
前記充電器から前記バッテリーに流れる充電電流が電流計測デバイスにより計測される場合において、前記充電器から流れる電流値が定電流領域である場合、前記電流計測デバイスの計測値を取得する取得部と、
前記記憶部に記憶された電流値I k およびに電流値I a に基づいて前記充電電流の電流値を算出する電流値算出部と、
算出された前記電流値および前記計測値に基づいて、前記電流計測デバイスのオフセットを補正する補正部と、
を備える。
Claims (4)
- 充電器からバッテリーに流れる充電電流が電流計測デバイスにより計測される場合において、前記電流計測デバイスの計測値を取得する取得部と、
前記充電器から流れる既知の電流値に基づいて前記充電電流の電流値を算出する電流値算出部と、
算出された前記電流値および前記計測値に基づいて、前記電流計測デバイスのオフセットを補正する補正部と、
を備える、バッテリー管理システム。 - 複数の前記計測値の平均値を算出する平均値算出部をさらに備え、
前記補正部は、算出された前記電流値と前記平均値との差分が所定範囲を超えた場合、前記電流計測デバイスのオフセットを補正する、
請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記電流値算出部は、さらに、前記充電器から補機に流れる既知の電流値に基づいて、前記電流値を算出する、
請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記バッテリーおよび前記補機が搭載され、請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理システムを備えた車両。
