Claims (24)
- 収容キャビティを形成するように構成されたハウジングと、
エネルギー変換装置であって、前記収容キャビティ内に設置され、前記エネルギー変換装置の作用で前記ハウジングに骨導音を生成させるように前記ハウジングに接続された、エネルギー変換装置と、
前記エネルギー変換装置と前記ハウジングとの間に接続され、前記収容キャビティを第1のキャビティと第2のキャビティとに仕切る振動膜と、
を含み、
前記ハウジングには、
前記第1のキャビティと連通する少なくとも1つの減圧孔と、
前記第2のキャビティと連通し、かつ少なくとも一部が少なくとも一部の前記減圧孔に隣接して設置された少なくとも1つの調音孔と、
前記第2のキャビティと連通する放音孔と、
が設置され、
前記エネルギー変換装置と前記ハウジングとの相対運動の過程において、前記振動膜は、前記放音孔を介して外部に伝達される気導音を生成する、音響装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの減圧孔は、第1の減圧孔及び第2の減圧孔を含み、
前記第1の減圧孔は、前記第2の減圧孔よりも前記放音孔から離れるように設置され、
前記第1の減圧孔の出口端の面積は、前記第2の減圧孔の出口端の面積よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の音響装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの調音孔は、第1の調音孔及び第2の調音孔を含み、
前記第1の調音孔は、前記第2の調音孔よりも前記放音孔から離れるように設置され、
前記第1の調音孔の出口端の面積は、前記第2の調音孔の出口端の面積よりも大きく、
前記第1の減圧孔は、前記第1の調音孔に隣接して設置され、
前記第2の減圧孔は、前記第2の調音孔に隣接して設置される、請求項2に記載の音響装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの減圧孔は、第3の減圧孔をさらに含み、
前記第1の減圧孔は、前記第3の減圧孔よりも前記放音孔から離れるように設置され、
前記第2の減圧孔の出口端の面積は、前記第3の減圧孔の出口端の面積よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の音響装置。 - 前記放音孔及び前記第1の減圧孔は、前記エネルギー変換装置の対向する両側に位置する、請求項2に記載の音響装置。
- 隣接して設置された減圧孔と調音孔との間の距離は、2mm以下である、請求項1に記載の音響装置。
- 隣接して設置された減圧孔と調音孔において、減圧孔の出口端の面積は、調音孔の出口端の面積よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の音響装置。
- 隣接して設置された減圧孔と調音孔の出口端には、それぞれ、第1の音響インピーダンス網と第2の音響インピーダンス網が覆設され、前記第1の音響インピーダンス網の空隙率が前記第2の音響インピーダンス網の空隙率よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の音響装置。
- 保護カバーをさらに含み、
前記保護カバーは、前記隣接して設置された減圧孔と調音孔の周囲に覆設され、
それぞれ、前記隣接して設置された減圧孔と調音孔の出口端に覆設された第1の音響インピーダンス網と第2の音響インピーダンス網は、前記保護カバーの前記ハウジングに近接する側に設置される、請求項8に記載の音響装置。 - 前記ハウジングの外面に収容領域が設置され、
前記収容領域内にボスが形成され、
前記隣接して設置された調音孔と減圧孔の出口端は、前記ボスの頂部に位置し、
前記ボスと前記収容領域の側壁は、間隔をあけて設置されて前記ボスを取り囲む収容溝を形成する、請求項9に記載の音響装置。 - 前記保護カバーは、前記隣接して設置された減圧孔と調音孔を覆う主カバープレートを含み、前記第1の音響インピーダンス網及び前記第2の音響インピーダンス網は、前記主カバープレートの前記減圧孔及び前記調音孔に向かう側に固定される、請求項10に記載の音響装置。
- 前記保護カバーは、環状側板を含み、
前記環状側板は、前記主カバープレートの縁部に湾曲して接続され、
前記環状側板は、前記収容溝に挿入され、前記収容溝内の接着剤により前記ハウジングに固定接続される、請求項11に記載の音響装置。 - 第1の環状接着シートをさらに含み、
前記第1の環状接着シートは、前記隣接して設置された減圧孔と調音孔を取り囲むように設置され、
前記第1の音響インピーダンス網及び前記第2の音響インピーダンス網は、前記第1の環状接着シートにより前記ボスの頂部に固定される、請求項12に記載の音響装置。 - 第2の環状接着シートをさらに含み、
前記第2の環状接着シートは、前記隣接して設置された減圧孔と調音孔を取り囲むように設置され、
前記第1の音響インピーダンス網及び前記第2の音響インピーダンス網は、前記第2の環状接着シートにより前記主カバープレートに固定される、請求項12に記載の音響装置。 - 仕切り板及び補助デバイスを含み、
前記仕切り板は、前記第2のキャビティ内に設置され、かつ前記第2のキャビティを、前記第1のキャビティに近接する第1のサブキャビティと、前記第1のキャビティから離れた第2のサブキャビティとに仕切り、
前記放音孔は、前記第1のサブキャビティと連通し、
前記補助デバイスは、ボタン及びマイクロフォンのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
一部の補助デバイスは、前記第2のサブキャビティ内に設置される、請求項1に記載の音響装置。 - 前記第2のサブキャビティ内に接着剤が充填される、請求項15に記載の音響装置。
- 第1のマイクロフォンをさらに含み、
前記第1のマイクロフォンは、前記収容キャビティ内に設置され、前記音響装置の外部の音声を収集可能であり、
前記第1のマイクロフォンの振動方向と前記エネルギー変換装置の振動方向との夾角は、65~115度である、請求項1に記載の音響装置。 - 前記第1のマイクロフォンの振動方向と前記エネルギー変換装置の振動方向は、互いに垂直である、請求項17に記載の音響装置。
- 第2のマイクロフォンをさらに含み、前記第2のマイクロフォンの振動方向と前記第1のマイクロフォンの振動方向との夾角は、65~115度である、請求項18に記載の音響装置。
- 前記第2のマイクロフォンの振動方向と前記第1のマイクロフォンの振動方向は、互いに垂直である、請求項19に記載の音響装置。
- 処理回路をさらに含み、前記処理回路は、前記第2のマイクロフォンにより収集された音声信号により、前記第1のマイクロフォンにより収集された音声信号に対してノイズ低減処理を行う、請求項19に記載の音響装置。
- 前記骨導音の周波数応答曲線は、少なくとも1つの共振ピークを有し、前記少なくとも1つの共振ピークのピーク共振周波数は、
|f1-f2|/f1≦50%という関係式を満たし、
式中、f1は、前記振動膜が前記エネルギー変換装置及び前記ハウジングに接続された場合の、前記共振ピークのピーク共振周波数であり、f2は、前記振動膜と前記エネルギー変換装置及び前記ハウジングのうちのいずれかとの接続が切断された場合の、前記共振ピークのピーク共振周波数である、請求項1に記載の音響装置。 - 前記ハウジングに接続された導音部材をさらに含み、
前記導音部材に導音通路が設置され、
前記導音通路は、前記放音孔と連通し、前記気導音をガイドし、
前記導音通路の出口端の面積は、前記少なくとも1つの減圧孔のそれぞれの出口端の面積よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の音響装置。 - 前記導音通路の出口端に第3の音響インピーダンス網が覆設され、前記第3の音響インピーダンス網の空隙率は、少なくとも一部の減圧孔の出口端に覆設された第1の音響インピーダンス網の空隙率よりも大きい、請求項23に記載の音響装置。
