Claims (10)
- 正極集電体の少なくとも一面に正極合剤層が形成された正極;
負極集電体の少なくとも一面に負極合剤層が形成された負極;及び
前記正極と前記負極との間に介在する分離膜;
を含み、
前記負極合剤層はシリコン活物質を含み、
前記分離膜の少なくとも一面には導電層が形成されており、
前記導電層の厚さは、前記シリコン活物質のD50粒径の50%より大きい電極組立体。 - 前記分離膜は、
多孔性基材からなる分離膜基材;
前記分離膜基材の少なくとも一面に形成された無機物層;及び
前記無機物層の外面に形成された導電層;
を含む、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記分離膜基材の一面に第1無機物層、前記分離膜基材の他面に第2無機物層が形成され、
前記第1無機物層及び前記第2無機物層のうち前記負極と対面する方向に位置する無機物層にのみ前記導電層が形成される、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記導電層は導電材及びバインダーを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記負極合剤層に含まれた負極活物質は、前記シリコン活物質100%で構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記無機物層は、内部に空隙が形成された構造からなる、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記無機物層に形成された空隙は、前記分離膜基材に形成された空隙より小さい、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記導電層は多孔性構造からなる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項による電極組立体が、金属缶又はラミネートシートからなる電池ケースに収容された電池セル。
- 請求項9による電池セルを単位セルとして含む電池パック。
