Claims (10)
- 溶接棒の正常有無を検査するための溶接棒検査装置であって、
前記溶接棒の下端部の所定位置と密着するための複数の測定部と、
前記測定部を支持するための支持台と、
を含み、
前記複数の測定部は所定の間隔で離隔するように位置し、前記測定部または前記支持台は測定部に伝達される圧力を測定するための圧力センサーを備えている、溶接棒検査装置。 - 前記測定部は、第1接触部及び第1支持軸を含む第1測定部と、第2接触部及び第2支持軸を含む第2測定部とを含み、
前記第1接触部及び前記第2接触部は圧力センサーを内蔵している、請求項1に記載の溶接棒検査装置。 - 前記第1接触部及び前記第2接触部は上部に行くほど幅が小さくなる円錐形を有する、請求項2に記載の溶接棒検査装置。
- 前記第1接触部及び前記第2接触部は上下に長い楕円形を有する、請求項2に記載の溶接棒検査装置。
- 前記第1接触部及び前記第2接触部は円柱形を有する、請求項2に記載の溶接棒検査装置。
- 前記溶接棒の下端部と密着する前記第1接触部と前記第2接触部との間の距離は前記溶接棒の直径と同じか、又は前記直径より小さい、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載の溶接棒検査装置。
- 請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載の溶接棒検査装置を用いた溶接棒の正常有無検査方法であって、
所定の座標に第1測定部及び第2測定部を位置させる段階と、
前記第1測定部及び前記第2測定部の垂直上部に溶接棒を位置させる段階と、
前記第1測定部及び前記第2測定部または前記溶接棒を所定の位置まで垂直方向に移動させる段階と、
前記第1測定部及び前記第2測定部の圧力を測定する段階と、
を含む、溶接棒の正常有無検査方法。 - 前記第1測定部及び前記第2測定部の圧力が所定の範囲を外れれば、前記溶接棒が異常状態であると判断する、請求項7に記載の溶接棒の正常有無検査方法。
- 前記第1測定部及び前記第2測定部の圧力が0Paを超え、且つ前記第1測定部及び前記第2測定部の圧力差が所定の範囲を外れれば、前記溶接棒に曲がり現象または前記溶接棒の端面に変形が発生したと判断する、請求項8に記載の溶接棒の正常有無検査方法。
- 前記第1測定部及び前記第2測定部のうちのいずれか一方の圧力が0Paを超え、且つ他方の圧力は0Paであれば、前記溶接棒に偏心が発生したと判断する、請求項8に記載の溶接棒の正常有無検査方法。
