Claims (10)
- 導電性物質からなる第1の母材と、
導電性物質からなり、前記第1の母材と向かい合うようにして互いに離れて配置され、リベット締結により前記第1の母材と結合されている第2の母材と、
前記第1の母材の内側面の平面と点接触されるように前記第2の母材の内側面から突設される複数のエンボス部材と、
を備えてなり、
前記第1の母材と前記第2の母材とは、互いに離れて平行になるように配置され、前記複数のエンボス部材を介して機械的及び電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする母材組み立て体。 - 前記複数のエンボス部材は、
前記第2の母材の内側面に沿って並べられ、行方向及び縦方向に互いに離れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の母材組み立て体。 - 前記複数のエンボス部材は、
前記第1の母材及び前記第2の母材を結合するように取り付けられたリベット部材を中心として対称となるように離れて配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の母材組み立て体。 - 前記複数のエンボス部材は、突出高さが誤差範囲内において互いに同一であるように突設されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の母材組み立て体。
- 前記複数のエンボス部材のそれぞれは、前記第1の母材と密着される面が半球状を呈していることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の母材組み立て体。
- 前記複数のエンボス部材は、前記第2の母材と同じ材質を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の母材組み立て体。
- 前記複数のエンボス部材は、前記第2の母材とは異なる材質であって、導電性物質からなる材質を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の母材組み立て体。
- 導電性物質からなる第1の母材を用意する過程と、
導電性物質からなる第2の母材を用意する過程と、
前記第2の母材に複数のエンボス部材を形成する過程と、
前記第1の母材の一方の面と前記複数のエンボス部材の形成された前記第2の母材の他方の面とが向かい合うようにして互いに離れて配置する過程と、
前記複数のエンボス部材と前記第1の母材の一方の面の平面とが互いに点接触されるように前記第1の母材と前記第2の母材とを互いに近づけ合う過程と、
リベット締結により前記第1の母材と前記第2の母材とを結合する過程と、
を含んでなり、
前記結合する過程は、
前記複数のエンボス部材を介して前記第1の母材と前記第2の母材とを機械的及び電気的に接続するものであることを特徴とする母材組み立て体のリベット締結方法。 - 前記導電性物質からなる第1の母材を用意する過程は、
前記第1の母材にリベット部材を貫通できるようにする第1の貫通孔を形成する過程を含んでなり、
前記導電性物質からなる第2の母材を用意する過程は、
前記第1の貫通孔と対応し、前記第2の母材にリベット部材を貫通できるようにする第2の貫通孔を形成する過程を含んでなり、
前記複数のエンボス部材を形成する過程は、
行方向及び縦方向に前記第2の貫通孔から離れるようにし、前記第2の母材から互いに同じ高さに突出するようにして、前記第2の母材の他方の面に複数のエンボス部材を形成するものであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の母材組み立て体のリベット締結方法。 - 前記結合する過程後に、
前記第1の母材と前記第2の母材との間の離隔空間を介して前記複数のエンボス部材と前記第1の母材との接触具合を確認する過程と、
確認の結果に基づいて、前記第1の母材と前記第2の母材とのリベット締結の良否を判別する過程と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の母材組み立て体のリベット締結方法。
