Claims (20)
- ACOH(Anode Cathode Overhang)ギャップを確保するための負極製造方法であって、
全長方向(Y軸方向)に活物質塗布部及び無地部が形成された陰極ロールを製造する第1段階と、
前記陰極ロールの全幅方向(X軸方向)に所定の間隔Aで前記活物質塗布部及び無地部を含む負極タブ及び前記活物質塗布部を含むショルダー部を形成するためのノッチングを遂行する第2段階と、
前記ショルダー部を基準に全幅方向(X軸方向)に所定の間隔Bでカッティングする第3段階と、を含む、負極製造方法。 - 前記ショルダー部の全長方向中心線は正極の正極タブ中心線と一致するレベルで形成される、請求項1に記載の負極製造方法。
- 負極の外周端部を基準に前記ショルダー部の全長方向の高さは前記負極タブの前記活物質塗布部の高さと一致するかそれより低い、請求項1に記載の負極製造方法。
- 前記ショルダー部の全幅W6は、前記正極タブの全幅及び前記正極タブの両側のACOHギャップを含む、請求項2に記載の負極製造方法。
- 前記ショルダー部の全長L6は前記負極一側外部端部から0.1~3mm以上である、請求項2に記載の負極製造方法。
- 前記ショルダー部のR値は0.1~3である、請求項2に記載の負極製造方法。
- 所定の間隔Aで前記活物質塗布部及び無地部を含む負極タブ及び前記活物質塗布部を含むショルダー部が形成され、

前記負極は、所定の間隔Aで前記活物質塗布部及び無地部を含む負極タブ及び前記活物質塗布部を含むショルダー部が形成され、
前記ショルダー部は、前記正極と積層するとき、正極タブと対面する位置に形成される 負極である、電極組立体。 - 前記負極の前記負極タブ及び前記ショルダー部は前記負極の全長方向(Y軸方向)の一側端部に一緒に形成されるか両側端部に形成される、請求項10に記載の電極組立体。
- 負極のショルダー部をビジョンセンシングする段階と、
前記ショルダー部の全幅または全長を基準に正極シートの正極タブが位置するように積層する段階と、
前記積層された正極タブ及び前記ショルダー部のACOHギャップを測定して電極組立体の積層ずれを防止する段階とを含み、
前記負極は、全幅方向(X軸方向)に所定の間隔Aで活物質塗布部及び無地部を含む負極タブ及び前記活物質塗布部のみを含む前記ショルダー部が形成され、
前記ショルダー部の全幅は前記正極タブ全幅及び前記正極タブの両側のACOHギャップを含む、電極組立体製造方法。 - 前記ショルダー部の全幅または全長を基準に前記正極の前記正極タブが位置するように積層する段階と、
前記正極の前記正極タブの下に積層された前記負極の前記ショルダー部をビジョンセンシングする段階と、
積層された全長方向(Y軸方向)の前記正極の一端部と前記負極の一端部との間の間隔及び前記積層された正極タブ及び前記ショルダー部のACOHギャップを測定して前記正極及び前記負極のギャップを把握する段階とを含む、請求項12に記載の電極組立体製造方法。 - 前記電極組立体は、スタック型、ジグザグ型、ゼリーロール型またはスタック/フォルディング型の構造を有する、請求項12に記載の電極組立体製造方法。
- 前記電極組立体は、単一極板、両側外面の極板の極性が同一であるバイセル、または両側外面の極板の極性が互いに異なるフルセルからなる単位セルから構成される、請求項12に記載の電極組立体製造方法。
- 前記正極タブ及び前記負極タブは、全長方向(Y軸方向)を基準に同一方向または反対方向に形成される、請求項12に記載の電極組立体製造方法。
- 請求項12から16のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体製造方法によって製造された電極組立体が電池ケースに電解液とともに内蔵されている、電池セル。
- 請求項17に記載の前記電池セルを一つ以上含んでいる、電池パック。
- 請求項18に記載の前記電池パックを含む、デバイス。
- 電極合剤層を含む電極シートを準備する第1段階と、
前記電極シートを一対以上の電極挿入ローラーに挿入する第2段階と、
挿入された前記電極シートを前記一対以上の電極挿入ローラーが回転しながら一方向に移動させる第3段階と、
前記電極シートが移動するうちに電極シートに形成された電極合剤層の厚さの測定によって、負極の厚さ比、正極の厚さ比、及び負極対正極容量比を含む測定値を得る第4段階と、を含み、
