Abstract
Description
- より低い耐食性、及び
- 高温での顕著な塑性変形(低い耐クリープ性)。
(i) 0.7≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.83の範囲について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦(-0.625×(Fe/(Fe+Ni))+3.2688)重量%であり、
(ii) 0.83≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.85の範囲について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦(-27.5×(Fe/(Fe+Ni))+25.575)重量%であり、
(iii) 0.85≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.95の範囲について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦2.2重量%である。
0.7≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.83の範囲について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦(-0.625×(Fe/(Fe+Ni))+3.2688)重量%
0.83≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.85の範囲について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦(-27.5×(Fe/(Fe+Ni))+25.575)重量%
及び0.85≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.95の範囲について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦2.2重量%。
本発明によるコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料及び比較例を上記の方法によって製造した。
Claims (10)
- コバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料であって、
少なくとも大部分が炭化タングステンによって形成されている硬質材料粒子70~97重量%と
少なくとも鉄、ニッケル及びクロムを含有する鉄-ニッケル基合金である金属結合剤3~30重量%と
を有し、
(Ni+Fe)に対するFeの比が、0.70≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.95であり、
Cr含有量が、0.5重量%≦Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)であり、
(i) 0.7≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.83の範囲について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦(-0.625×(Fe/(Fe+Ni))+3.2688)重量%であり、
(ii) 0.83≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.85の範囲について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦(-27.5×(Fe/(Fe+Ni))+25.575)重量%であり、
(iii) 0.85≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.95の範囲について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦2.2重量%であり、
所望により、(Fe+Ni+Cr)に対するMo含有量が、0重量%≦Mo/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦10重量%であり、
所望により、(Fe+Ni+Cr)に対するV含有量が、0重量%≦V/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦2重量%であり、
不可避的不純物が、合計で前記超硬合金材料の最大1重量%までである、
コバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。 - Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.90、好ましくは0.75≦Fe/(Fe+Ni)≦0.90、である請求項1に記載のコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。
- 前記金属結合剤の含有量が5~25重量%である、請求項1又は2に記載のコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。
- 前記Mo含有量について、
0重量%≦Mo/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦6重量%
が当てはまる、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。 - 前記V含有量について、
V/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦1重量%
が当てはまる、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。 - 前記Cr含有量について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≧1.5重量%
が当てはまる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。 - 前記Cr含有量について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≧2.0重量%
が当てはまる、請求項6に記載のコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。 - 前記Cr含有量について、
Cr/(Fe+Ni+Cr)≦2.2重量%
が当てはまる、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。 - 前記炭化タングステンの平均粒径が0.05~12μmである、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。
- 前記炭化タングステンの平均粒径が0.1~6μmである、請求項6に記載のコバルトを含有しない炭化タングステン系超硬合金材料。
