Abstract
Description
第1に、外形をなし、一側に吸気口が配置され他側に排気口が備えられるケーシングの前記吸気口の方向で内側に配置されて浄化対象である周辺空気を吸気するように備えられるインサートファン(100)と、前記排気口の方向に前記インサートファン(100)に着脱式で軸結合されるように備えられる駆動モータ(200)と、前記インサートファン(100)および前記駆動モータ(200)が前記吸気口の方向から前記排気口の方向に挿入されて内部に固定されるように収容空間(310)が形成され、前記排気口の方向にカバー材(400)が挿入されて閉塞されるように備えられる吸気手段固定部(300)とで、外部の空気を吸入するようにする効果がある。

Claims (5)
- 外形をなし、一側に吸気口が配置され他側に排気口が備えられるケーシングの前記吸気口の方向で内側に配置されて浄化対象である周辺空気を吸気するように備えられるインサートファン(100);
前記排気口の方向に前記インサートファン(100)に着脱式で軸結合されるように備えられる駆動モータ(200);
前記インサートファン(100)および前記駆動モータ(200)が前記吸気口の方向から前記排気口の方向に挿入されて内部に固定されるように収容空間(310)が形成され、前記排気口の方向にカバー材(400)が挿入されて閉塞されるように備えられる吸気手段固定部(300);
前記排気口の方向で前記吸気手段固定部(300)の側面に配置されて前記駆動モータ(200)を固定するように固定突出材(410)が複数個配置され、前記吸気口の方向に光照射方向が形成されるように第1UVランプ(420)が複数個配置されるように備えられる前記カバー材(400);
前記排気口の方向に前記カバー材(400)に密着結合されて前記インサートファン(100)が吐出する空気を浄化するように備えられるフィルタ部(500);
前記ケーシングの内部または周辺に配置されて周辺の空気に関連した情報を収集するように備えられる汚染情報収集手段(600);および
前記汚染情報収集手段(600)から収集される汚染情報を通信モジュール(710)を通じて外部に伝送し、外部から受信される制御信号または入力される制御信号で前記駆動モータ(200)、第1UVランプ(420)、および前記フィルタ部(500)を制御するように備えられる制御部(700);を含む、空気清浄機。 - 前記フィルタ部(500)は、
前記インサートファン(100)から前記排出口の方向にフィルタ前面カバー(510)、フィルタ材(520)、およびフィルタ後面カバー(530)が順次配置されて、前記フィルタ前面カバー(510)は、円形の第1フレーム(511)と、前記第1フレーム(511)の内側中心には円形の突出固定材(512)が形成され、前記第1フレーム(511)と前記突出固定材(512)との間には放射状に第1支持桟(513)と、前記第1支持桟(513)の間には多数の第1エア通孔(514)が形成され、前記第1支持桟(513)には、前記フィルタ前面カバー(510)と前記フィルタ後面カバー(530)とを固定するように第1固定通孔(515)が多数配置されるように備えられ、
前記フィルタ後面カバー(530)は、
前記第1フレーム(511)と同一の大きさおよび形で第2フレーム(531)が形成され、中心位置には前記突出固定材(512)が挿入されて固定され得るように収容フレーム(532)が形成され、前記第2フレーム(531)と前記収容フレーム(532)との間には第2支持桟(533)および多数の第2エア通孔(534)が形成され、前記第1固定通孔(515)の対応位置に第2固定通孔(535)がさらに備えられ、
前記フィルタ前面カバー(510)、フィルタ材(520)、およびフィルタ後面カバー(530)は一つのモジュールで備えられて前記吸気手段固定部(300)と前記カバー材(400)と着脱可能に備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記フィルタ部(500)は、前記フィルタ前面カバー(510)と前記フィルタ材(520)との間に第2UVランプ(540)および光触媒(550)をさらに含み、
前記第2UVランプ(540)は、前記フィルタ前面カバー(510)から前記フィルタ材(520)の方向に光が照射される角度を維持するようにランプシェード(542)を有するランプ支持部(541)が備えられて前記第2UVランプ(540)を前記ランプ支持部(541)に固定し、前記ランプシェード(542)の長さは中心を基準として左右が互いに異なるように非対称に形成され、長さの長い一側はシェード空間部(543)で形成されて照射されるUV光が前記フィルタ材(520)に直接照射されるように備えられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記インサートファン(100)、前記駆動モータ(200)、および前記フィルタ部(500)は、左右の一対が1組をなすように備えられて前記吸気手段固定部(300)は一対で並んで配置される前記インサートファン(100)および前記駆動モータ(200)を収容するように前記収容空間(310)を左右で並んでいるように分離配置されて前記インサートファン(100)と前記駆動モータ(200)の回転方向に螺旋状に形成される空気ガイドを内側にさらに含み、
前記駆動モータ(200)に供給される電源はそれぞれ独立した回路で備えられて、いずれか一つの前記駆動モータ(200)がOFFにされる場合にも他の一つの前記駆動モータ(200)は継続してONが可能であるように備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。 - 前記制御部(700)は内部メモリ(720)をさらに含み、
前記汚染情報収集手段(600)は微細埃センサ、CO2センサ、VOCセンサを少なくとも含み、前記制御部(700)は、前記内部メモリ(720)に保存された汚染臨界値と前記汚染情報収集手段(600)で収集される汚染情報とを比較して前記駆動モータ(200)の回転速度および回転時間を制御するように信号処理部(730)がさらに備えられ、前記内部メモリ(720)には、収集された汚染情報に対する前記駆動モータ(200)の駆動制御情報の比が予めマッピングされて保存されるように備えられ、
前記内部メモリ(720)に前記駆動モータ(200)の総駆動時間を保存して予め設定された時間よりさらに経過する場合、前記通信モジュール(710)を通じて前記フィルタ部(500)の取り換え信号を外部に伝送するように備えられ、
前記信号処理部(730)は、前記汚染情報収集手段(600)で汚染情報を受信すると汚染トリガーを発生して汚染プロセッサを起動し、前記通信モジュール(710)で制御信号を受信すると制御トリガーを発生して制御プロセッサを起動し、前記汚染プロセッサおよび前記制御プロセッサは、前記内部メモリ(720)に予め設定された優先順位情報によって前記駆動モータ(200)のON/OFF、回転速度、または回転時間を決定するように備えられて前記制御部(700)は予め設定された優先順位情報により決定される情報を前記通信モジュール(710)を通じて外部に伝送するように備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気清浄機。
