Abstract
一种计算机机房空气净化系统,包括新风系统、净化系统、温度调节系统、除湿系统以及排风系统;新风系统连通外界环境与计算机机房;新风系统包括初效过滤网、静电除尘器、等离子催化网、风机和壳体,初效过滤网、静电除尘器、等离子催化网和风机沿空气流动的方向顺次封闭安装于新风系统的壳体内,新风系统的壳体上设有进风口与出风口;净化系统设于计算机机房内,净化系统的滤芯层包括玻纤滤纸、静电驻极过滤层、HEPA过滤层、甲醛宝过滤层、高效吸附活性炭过滤层、化学冷触煤过滤层和纳米级光触媒过滤层并层层连接为一个整体结构。该发明不仅能够去除微粒粉尘和有机污染物,还能去除臭氧、二氧化碳、水等副产物,维持计算机机房的恒温恒湿。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种计算机机房空气净化系统。
背景技术
空气净化装置可以对被污染的空气进行除杂,净化等的处理工作,空气污染问题促进了空气净化技术的发,室内空气净化器广泛应用于办公室、宾馆、民用住宅、医院病房以及其他需要净化空气的实验室、计算机房、工厂车间等场所,以改善室内的空气质量。
然而,现在现有的空气净化装置,对于内部的滤芯不便拆卸下进行更换,同时对于出气口的高度不便进行调节。容易对针对上述问题,急需在原有的空气净化装置上进行创新设计。
发明内容
本发明提供一种计算机机房空气净化系统,该系统不仅净化效率高、能够去除微粒粉尘和有机污染物,还能去除臭氧、二氧化碳、水等副产物,同时还能维持计算机机房的恒温恒湿。
为实现上述目的,一种计算机机房空气净化系统,包括新风系统、净化系统、温度调节系统、除湿系统以及排风系统;所述新风系统连通外界环境与计算机机房并将外界环境中的空气初步净化后送至计算机机房内;
所述净化系统设于计算机机房内,进一步去除计算机机房内粒径大于0.01μm的固体颗粒以及有机污染物;所述净化系统的滤芯层包括玻纤滤纸、静电驻极过滤层、HEPA过滤层、甲醛宝过滤层、高效吸附活性炭过滤层、化学冷触煤过滤层和纳米级光触媒过滤层并层层连接为一个整体结构;所述温度调节系统用于控制计算机机房的温度保持恒定;所述除湿系统用于控制计算机机房的湿度保持恒定;所述排风系统用于将计算机机房内的空气排出。
进一步地,所述新风系统包括初效过滤网、静电除尘器、等离子催化网、风机和壳体,其中初效过滤组件用于去除外部进气中粒径大于1μm的颗粒,静电除尘器用于去除外部进气中粒径大于0.01μm的颗粒,等离子催化网用于降解空气中的有机污染物以及杀灭微生物,风机用于维持空气在净化过程中的流通;初效过滤网、静电除尘器、等离子催化网和风机沿空气流动的方向顺次封闭安装于新风系统壳体内,新风系统的壳体上设有进风口与出风口,进风口连通外界环境,出风口连接计算机机房。
进一步地,所述温度调节系统为空调系统。
进一步地,所述除湿系统为除湿机。
进一步地,所述排风系统为排风机。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明对计算机机房内部的空气可实现深度净化,即去除粒度大于0.01μm的微尘颗粒和有机污染物,同时还能够维持仓体空间内的恒温恒湿。
(2)本发明中的恒温恒湿可净化空气的仓储装置还能够同时去除臭氧、二氧化碳、水等副产物,形成完整的净化循环,不用再添加其他的维持设备。
(3)本发明可以很好的净化空气中的PM2.5,杀菌、吸附分解异味、去除有毒气体、去除甲醛效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示的一种计算机机房空气净化系统,包括新风系统、净化系统、温度调节系统、除湿系统以及排风系统;所述新风系统连通外界环境与计算机机房并将外界环境中的空气初步净化后送至计算机机房内;所述新风系统包括初效过滤网、静电除尘器、等离子催化网、风机和壳体,其中初效过滤组件用于去除外部进气中粒径大于1μm的颗粒,静电除尘器用于去除外部进气中粒径大于0.01μm的颗粒,等离子催化网用于降解空气中的有机污染物以及杀灭微生物,风机用于维持空气在净化过程中的流通;初效过滤网、静电除尘器、等离子催化网和风机沿空气流动的方向顺次封闭安装于新风系统壳体内,新风系统的壳体上设有进风口与出风口,进风口连通外界环境,出风口连接计算机机房。
静电除尘器使用静电除尘净化技术,其原理是通过静电除尘器两端的高压电场使空气发生电离,让空气中的微尘颗粒带上电荷,当带电的颗粒经过高压静电电场时,带电颗粒被吸附于反极性的金属片上,可起到高效除尘的作用,可除去小至0.01μm的微小尘埃颗粒。
静电除尘器在工作过程中由于高压的作用,会造成臭氧的产生,添加等离子催化网可使臭氧在催化剂的作用下变成游离的氧离子和氢氧基,这些氧离子和氢氧基具有极强的氧化性,可与空气中的有机物进行反应,使有机物瞬间降解成二氧化碳和水等小分子无毒产物。同时,在反应中生成的有机自由基可以继续参加链式反应,进一步发生氧化分解反应,加速有毒有机物的降解。另外,细菌、真菌、病毒和霉菌等微生物在氧离子的氧化作用下细胞膜遭到破坏,从而失去活性和繁殖能力。实施例中的等离子催化网可采用常用材料,如Ag/TiO2材料。
新风系统中的初效过滤网可采用压制的玻璃纤维网、有机过滤膜、压制的活性炭过滤网等材料。
然而计算机机房内部由于储存货物的运输、工作人员的进出等情况还是会带入新的污染物,这种情况下净化系统则起到作用。所述净化系统设于计算机机房内,进一步去除计算机机房内粒径大于0.01μm的固体颗粒以及有机污染物;所述净化系统的滤芯层包括玻纤滤纸、静电驻极过滤层、HEPA过滤层、甲醛宝过滤层、高效吸附活性炭过滤层、化学冷触煤过滤层和纳米级光触媒过滤层并层层连接为一个整体结构。
所述玻纤滤纸的过滤等级高达H12,该滤网具有过滤效率高,空气阻力小,容尘量大,过滤速度高的优点,并且具有抗菌效果;所述静电驻极过滤层用于吸附和过滤微米以上的带电粒子和颗粒物;所述HEPA过滤层用于过滤经过静电驻极过滤层的颗粒物;所述甲醛宝过滤层是一种非活性炭的广谱吸收、吸附材料,吸附效果优于活性炭,且吸附容量大,具有分解功能,不再次释放,主要用于吸附甲醛;所述高效吸附活性炭过滤层用于吸附甲醛、苯、丙二醇、酚、二甲苯、乙苯的高分子挥发性有机化合物,以及二手烟味、各种臭味、细菌、霉菌和部分病毒;所述化学冷触煤过滤层用于在常温下将通过活性炭过滤网的剩余甲醛、苯、丙二醇、酚、二甲苯、乙苯高分子挥发性有机化合物催化分解成二氧化碳和水;所述纳米级光触媒过滤层在净化系统中设置的紫外灯照射下,可以将经过以上各层过滤网的挥发性有机物、细菌、病毒催化裂解为无毒无害无味的气体,同时选用特定频率范围的紫外线,本身也能杀菌消毒。
所述温度调节系统采用冷暖空调系统,用于控制计算机机房内的温度、使温度保持恒定。除湿系统则采用除湿机,对计算机机房内的湿度进行调节,除湿机的功率按照计算机机房的范围而定,若计算机机房大,则除湿机可选用多台。排风系统则可采用排风机,将计算机机房内的空气按照设定的容量排出,以维持恒温恒湿计算机机房内部的气压恒定。

1.一种计算机机房空气净化系统,其特征在于,包括新风系统、净化系统、温度调节系统、除湿系统以及排风系统;
所述新风系统连通外界环境与计算机机房并将外界环境中的空气初步净化后送至计算机机房内;
所述净化系统设于计算机机房内,进一步去除计算机机房内粒径大于0.01μm的固体颗粒以及有机污染物;所述净化系统的滤芯层包括玻纤滤纸、静电驻极过滤层、HEPA过滤层、甲醛宝过滤层、高效吸附活性炭过滤层、化学冷触煤过滤层和纳米级光触媒过滤层并层层连接为一个整体结构;
所述温度调节系统用于控制计算机机房的温度保持恒定;所述除湿系统用于控制计算机机房的湿度保持恒定;所述排风系统用于将计算机机房内的空气排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机机房空气净化系统,其特征在于,所述新风系统包括初效过滤网、静电除尘器、等离子催化网、风机和壳体,其中初效过滤组件用于去除外部进气中粒径大于1μm的颗粒,静电除尘器用于去除外部进气中粒径大于0.01μm的颗粒,等离子催化网用于降解空气中的有机污染物以及杀灭微生物,风机用于维持空气在净化过程中的流通;初效过滤网、静电除尘器、等离子催化网和风机沿空气流动的方向顺次封闭安装于新风系统壳体内,新风系统的壳体上设有进风口与出风口,进风口连通外界环境,出风口连接计算机机房。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种计算机机房空气净化系统,其特征在于,所述温度调节系统为空调系统。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种计算机机房空气净化系统,其特征在于,所述除湿系统为除湿机。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种计算机机房空气净化系统,其特征在于,所述排风系统为排风机。
