HfO2 0.1~2.0%、
Li2O 0.1~2.0%と
その他の避けられない不純物をマージンとして構成しており、
うち、TiO2+ZrO2+HfO2 1.0~5.0%
ZnO/(TiO2+ZrO2+HfO2) 0.5~1.5
SiO2+B2O3 ≧59%である。
Al2O3 18.5~23.0%、
MgO9.5~13.0%、
B2O3 3.0~7.0%、
ZnO1.5~4.0%、
TiO2 0.5~2.0%、
ZrO2 0.3~2.0%、
HfO2 0.2~1.5%、
Li2O 0.5~2.0%、
Fe2O3 ≦0.3%と
その他の避けられない不純物をマージンとして構成する。
1、本発明の膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維は、CaO、K2O及びNa2O成分を添加せず、同時にB2O3、ZnO、TiO2、ZrO2及びHfO2を添加して、各元素の割合を最適化することにより、本発明のガラス繊維の膨脹係数を大幅に下げる。本発明のガラス繊維の膨脹係数は2.77×10-6/℃と低い。
サンプル調製:式に従ってガラス液体を溶かし、金型に注ぎ、カッターで4*4*25.4mmのストリップサンプルに切断する。
1.実施例1及び実施例10から、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウムの含量の割合が一定の範囲にある場合、ガラス繊維の膨脹係数は著しく低下し、ハフニウムの含量が少ない場合、ガラス繊維の膨脹係数が増加することが分かる。

- 熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維であって、重量パーセントで次の成分、
SiO2 55.0~63.0%、
Al2O3 17.5~25.0%、
MgO 9.0~16.5%、
B2O3 2.0~9.0%、
ZnO 0.1~4.5%、
TiO2 0.1~4.0%、
ZrO2 0.1~3.0%、
HfO2 0.1~2.0%、
Li2O 0.1~2.0%と
その他の避けられない不純物をマージンとして構成しており、
TiO2+ZrO2+HfO2が 1.0~5.0%であり、
ZnO/(TiO2+ZrO2+HfO2)が 0.5~1.5であり、
SiO2+B2O3が ≧59%である、ことを特徴とする熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。 - 重量パーセントで次の成分、
SiO2 57.0~62.0%、
Al2O3 18.5~23.0%、
MgO 9.5~13.0%、
B2O3 3.0~7.0%、
ZnO 1.5~4.0%、
TiO2 0.5~2.0%、
ZrO2 0.3~2.0%、
HfO2 0.2~1.5%、
Li2O 0.5~2.0%と
その他の避けられない不純物をマージンとして構成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。 - ZnO、TiO2、ZrO2及びHfO2の含量の合計は2.0~8.0%である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。
- ZnO/(TiO2+ZrO2+HfO2)は0.5~1.1である、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。
- SiO2とB2O3の含量の合計は61%以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。
- SiO2とAl2O3の含量の合計は80%以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。
- 前記ガラス繊維の膨脹係数は2.77×10-6/℃~2.98×10-6/℃の間である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。
- 前記ガラス繊維の繊維形成温度は1330℃~1365℃の間である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。
- 前記ガラス繊維の結晶化上限温度は1280℃~1325℃の間である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。
- 前記ガラス繊維の弾性係数は93GPa以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱膨脹係数の低いガラス繊維。
