発明の詳細な説明
［背景］
[0001]本発明は、乗り物内装用の内装構造物に関する。より詳細には、本発明は内装トリム部品に関する。
[0002]現在、乗り物部品の内装の外観表面は、あるパターンに裁断又は形成された材料（例えば、革、ビニル、熱可塑性オレフィン（ＴＰＯ）、布等）から形成されており、座席クッション、ヘッドレスト、アームレスト、肘掛け、インストルメントパネル基材等の部品に固定されている。
[0003]最近、自動車メーカーは、より広範囲の価格帯にわたり、乗り物の内装表面にさらなる細部装飾や機能性を付与することに関心を示している。

［詳細な説明］

Claims (18)

  1. 基材及び連続的な柔軟表面層を備え、
    前記連続的な柔軟表面層の少なくとも一部は、ＡＳＴＭ Ｄ１００３により測定したとき、可視光透過率が８０％以上である、乗り物用トリム部品。
  2. 前記連続的な柔軟層は、ＡＳＴＭ Ｄ１００３により測定したとき、ヘーズが２０％以下である、請求項１に記載の乗り物用トリム部品。
  3. 前記連続的な柔軟層がグラフィックデザインを含む、請求項１又は２に記載の乗り物用トリム部品。

  10. 基材及び連続的な柔軟表面層を備え、
    前記連続的な柔軟表面層の少なくとも一部は、ＡＳＴＭ Ｄ１００３により測定したとき、可視光透過率が５～３０％である、乗り物用トリム部品。
  11. 前記連続的な柔軟層は、ＡＳＴＭ Ｄ１００３により測定したとき、ヘーズが２０％以下である、請求項１０に記載の乗り物用トリム部品。
  12. 前記連続的な柔軟層がグラフィックデザインを含む、請求項１０又は１１に記載の乗り物用トリム部品。
  13. 前記連続的な柔軟層が機能的要素を含む、請求項１０～１２のいずれか一項に記載の乗り物用トリム部品。
  14. 前記機能的要素が、スイッチ、センサー、ディスプレイ、又はそれらの組み合わせである、請求項１３に記載の乗り物用トリム部品。
  15. 前記機能的要素が、自動車システムと統合する、請求項１３に記載の乗り物用トリム部品。
