Abstract
水冷ユニット、電池パック及び装置を提供し、電池技術の分野に関し、当該水冷ユニットは、電池を冷却するためのものである。
【解決手段】
冷却液を収容するための冷却通路を有する本体部と、前記本体部に接続され、前記冷却液を導入し又は排出するための連通キャビティを有する第1の接続部と、前記本体部と前記第1の接続部との間に設置され、前記冷却通路と前記連通キャビティとを連通させるための内部キャビティを有する第2の接続部と、を含み、前記内部キャビティの前記冷却通路寄りの端面の横断面積は前記連通キャビティの前記内部キャビティ寄りの端面の横断面積より大きい。当該電池パックは、上記水冷ユニットを含む。当該装置は、上記電池パックを含む。本出願は、冷却ユニットの冷却効率を向上させ、電池パックの充放電効率及び電池パックを使用する自動車などの装置のエネルギー効率を向上するためのものである。

本出願は、2020年06月24日に提出された「水冷ユニット、電池パック及び装置」である中国特許出願202021195337.Xの優先権を主張し、当該出願の全ての内容が引用により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (10)
- 電池を冷却するための水冷ユニットであって、
冷却液を収容するための冷却通路を有する本体部と、
前記本体部に接続され、前記冷却液を導入し又は排出するための連通キャビティを有する第1の接続部と、
前記本体部と前記第1の接続部との間に設置され、前記冷却通路と前記連通キャビティとを連通させるための内部キャビティを有する第2の接続部と、
を含み、
前記内部キャビティの前記冷却通路寄りの端面の横断面積は前記連通キャビティの前記内部キャビティ寄りの端面の横断面積より大きい、水冷ユニット。 - 前記内部キャビティは、前記冷却液の流れ方向において、対向して設置される第1の端と第2の端を有し、前記内部キャビティの第1の端は、前記冷却通路との連通に用いられ、前記内部キャビティの横断面積は、前記内部キャビティの第1の端から前記内部キャビティの第2の端まで徐々に減少する、請求項1に記載の水冷ユニット。
- 前記内部キャビティの任意の位置での横断面積は、いずれも等しい、請求項1に記載の水冷ユニット。
- 前記第2の接続部は、
前記本体部に接続される第1のセグメントと、
前記第1のセグメントと前記第1の接続部との間に接続される第2のセグメントと、
を含む請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の水冷ユニット。 - 前記第2の接続部は、前記本体部と一体成形される請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の水冷ユニット。
- 前記内部キャビティの前記連通キャビティ寄りの端面の横断面積は、前記本体部の前記内部キャビティ寄りの端面の横断面積以下である請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の水冷ユニット。
- 前記本体部は、対向して設置される第1のプレートと第2のプレートを有し、前記第1のプレートの前記第2のプレートに面する側面及び/又は前記第2のプレートの前記第1のプレートに面する側面に、前記冷却通路を構成するための溝が設けられる請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の水冷ユニット。
- 前記第2の接続部は、前記第1のプレートの前記第2のプレートから離間する側面及び/又は前記第2のプレートの前記第1のプレートから離間する側面に設けられる請求項7に記載の水冷ユニット。
- 複数の電池と、複数の前記電池を冷却するための請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の水冷ユニットと、を含む電池パック。
- 電池を使用する装置であって、前記装置に電気エネルギーを供給する請求項9に記載の電池パックを含む、装置。
