Description
・細かくかつ様々なジョブについての融通性が制限される:コストを首尾一貫して低く保ちながらどのようにすれば融通性を最大にすることができるか。
・互いに異なるジョブについて互いに異なる印刷技術が必要になる:通常、有効な生産能力に応じて、ジョブがフレキソ印刷かデジタル印刷かのいずれかで準備される。あらゆるジョブを単一の印刷機械で処理することができるか。
Claims (12)
- 連続印刷資材である巻取紙を印刷するためのハイブリッド印刷技術を搭載した印刷機械であって、
回転式の中央胴を有し、前記巻取紙は、印刷のために前記中央胴の表面上で配置箇所から分離箇所まで案内され、前記巻取紙のデジタル印刷のための複数のインキ着けユニットが前記中央胴の上半部の領域に配設され、前記巻取紙のフレキソ印刷のための複数のインキ着けユニットが前記中央胴の下半部の領域に配設され、
印刷されるべき前記巻取紙をロールから巻き取る巻き取りステーション及び印刷された前記巻取紙をロール上に巻き取る巻き取りステーションを有し、前記巻き出しステーション及び前記巻き取りステーションは、前記中央胴の第1の側に配設され、
前記巻き出しステーションから巻き出された前記巻取紙を前記中央胴に送る給紙案内ローラ及び前記印刷済みの巻取紙を前記中央胴から前記巻き取りステーションに排紙する排紙案内ローラを有し、前記給紙案内ローラ及び前記排紙案内ローラは、前記中央胴の第2の側に配設され、
前記巻取紙を前記配置箇所で前記中央胴に配置する送り案内ローラ及び前記巻取紙を前記中央胴から離脱させる剥離案内ローラを有し、前記送り案内ローラ及び前記剥離案内ローラは、前記配置箇所及び前記分離箇所が前記中央胴の下四分円に配設されるよう設計されている、印刷機械。 - 前記巻取紙は、プラスチックフィルム、プラスチックフィルム代替物、アルミニウム巻取紙又はペーパー巻取紙から成る、請求項1記載の印刷機械。
- フレキソ印刷のための4台のインキ着けユニットが前記中央胴の前記下半部領域に配設され、デジタル印刷のための8台のインキ着けユニットが前記中央胴の前記上半部の領域に配設されている、請求項1又は2記載の印刷機械。
- フレキソ印刷のための2台のインキ着けユニットが前記配置場所の後に配設され、フレキソ印刷のための2台のインキ着けユニットが前記分離箇所の前に配設されている、請求項1~3のうちいずれか一に記載の印刷機械。
- フレキソ印刷のための前記2台のインキ着けユニットは、下塗剤及び/又は部分下塗剤及び/又は全面着色下塗剤を塗布するために前記配置場所の後に設けられている、請求項4記載の印刷機械。
- フレキソ印刷のための前記2台のインキ着けユニットは、前記印刷済み巻取紙を仕上げるために前記分離箇所の前に設けられている、請求項4又は5記載の印刷機械。
- 前記印刷済み巻取紙を乾燥させるための乾燥ステーションが前記巻き取りステーションの前で前記中央胴の前記第1の側に配設されている、請求項1~6のうちいずれか一に記載の印刷機械。
- 前記印刷機械を純然にフレキソ印刷機械として作動させることができるようにデジタル印刷停止装置を有する、請求項1~7のうちいずれか一に記載の印刷機械。
- 前記印刷機械を純然にデジタル印刷機械として作動させることができるようにフレキソ印刷停止装置を有する、請求項1~8のうちいずれか一に記載の印刷機械。
- デジタル印刷のための前記インキ着けユニットは、インキジェット印刷のためのインキ着けユニットから成る、請求項1~9のうちいずれか一に記載の印刷機械。
- インキジェット印刷のための前記インキ着けユニットが該インキ着けユニットの位置に関して互換性があるような仕方でインキジェットインキ着けユニットのためのインサートが設けられている、請求項10記載の印刷機械。
- 前記インサート内に配置されたインキジェット印刷のためのインキ着けユニットに対応した前記印刷インキを前記インサートに自動的に供給するような種類の星形インキ供給装置が設けられている、請求項11記載の印刷機械。
