Abstract
Description
ポリプロピレン樹脂40~99重量部と、
エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体15~30重量部と、
抗菌剤0.2~1重量部と、
ポリプロピレングラフトポリジメチルシロキサン1~3重量部と
を含む。
本発明では、エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体およびポリプロピレングラフトポリジメチルシロキサンの抗菌系を使用することにより、射出成形中に高剪断により高度に配向した顕著な糸状網目構造が形成されており、これにより、表層への抗菌剤の露出を増加して抗菌効果を高めることができ、ポリプロピレングラフトポリジメチルシロキサンが表面に集中することによる防汚性能と相まって、抗菌剤の低添加量では抗菌効果に優れたポリプロピレン組成物が得られる。
ポリプロピレン:N-Z30S;
抗菌剤:銀イオン抗菌剤BM-502FA、ガラス担体;
エチレン-オクテン共重合体、溶融指数8g/10min(190℃、2.16kg)、POE 8137;
エチレン-ブテン共重合体、溶融指数5g/10min(190℃、2.16kg)、グレードPOE LC565;
SEBS、溶融指数10g/10min(230℃、2.16kg)、G1657 MS;
OBC、溶融指数5g/10min(190℃、2.16kg)、Infuse 9507;
ポリプロピレングラフトポリジメチルシロキサンA:グラフト率63%、分子量約68万;
ポリプロピレングラフトポリジメチルシロキサンB:グラフト率78%、分子量約76万;
ポリプロピレングラフトポリジメチルシロキサンC:グラフト率43%、分子量約57万;
ポリジメチルシロキサン:TP-200、分子量約600,000;
タルカムパウダ:TYT-777A;
潤滑剤:ステアリン酸亜鉛、BS-2818;
トナー:カーボンブラック、M717;
実施例及び比較例のポリプロピレン組成物の製造方法:
各成分を重量比で秤量して、高速ミキサーに加えて、1000~2000回転/分の回転数で1~3分間混合し、プレミックスを得て;プレミックスを、スクリューの各領域の温度を190~230℃とした二軸押出機にて溶融して押出し、真空造粒してポリプロピレン組成物を得る。
ポリプロピレン組成物を射出成形機で射出成形して100cm*100cm*3mm角の板材を得て、サンプル板材の表面の防汚性能及び抗菌性能をテストした。
(1)防汚性能テスト:サンプル板材の表面に老人頭(LAORENTOU)液体靴磨きを2滴滴下し、常温で24h乾燥後、ガーゼで拭き、以下のような基準で評価した:痕跡なしで完全に拭き取られる場合:3級、部分的に拭き取った場合:2級、まったく拭き取られない場合:1級。
(2)抗菌性能テスト:JIS Z 2801:2012に準じて、以下のような基準で評価した:明らかな静菌:A、一般的な静菌:B、静菌無し:C。
Claims (10)
- 成分として、
ポリプロピレン樹脂40~99重量部と、
エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体15~30重量部と、
抗菌剤0.2~1重量部と、
ポリプロピレングラフトポリジメチルシロキサン1~3重量部と
を含む、ことを特徴とするポリプロピレン組成物。 - 抗菌剤の使用量が0.2~0.4重量部である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体は、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体、エチレン-ヘキセン共重合体、エチレン-ブテン共重合体、エチレン-オクテン共重合体から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記エチレン-αオレフィン共重合体の溶融指数が5~30g/10min(190℃、2.16kg)である、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記抗菌剤は酸化亜鉛、ゼオライトに担持された銀イオン又はガラス基材に担持された銀イオンから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- 前記ポリプロピレングラフトポリジメチルシロキサンは、グラフト率60%~80%、分子量600,000~800,000である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。
- フィラー0~30重量部をさらに含み、
前記フィラーはタルカムパウダ、炭酸カルシウム、ウォラストナイト、硫酸バリウム、雲母、マイクロシリカ、シリカ、水酸化マグネシウム、モンモリロナイトから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。 - 助剤0~10重量部をさらに含み、
前記助剤は、潤滑剤、トナーから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリプロピレン組成物。 - 各成分を重量比で秤量して、高速ミキサーに加えて、1000~2000回転/分で1~3分間混合し、プレミックスを得て、スクリューの各領域の温度を190~230℃とした二軸押出機でプレミックスを溶融して押出し、真空造粒してポリプロピレン組成物を得る、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のポリプロピレン組成物の製造方法。
- ダッシュボード、サブダッシュボード、ピラー、グローブボックス、ドアパネル、シル、エアコンハウジング、及び他の自動車内装部品に用いられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のポリプロピレン組成物の使用。
