Claims (10)
- 貯蔵システム(1)のための充填ヘッド(13)であって、重力方向(G)に対して充填方向(F)と称される所定の角度(α)だけ傾斜して取り付けられる本体(15)を備え、外装部(19)によって閉ざされることで形成されるキャビティ(20)内に分離装置(21)が収められた主部(17)を有し、前記充填ヘッド(13)は、前記充填方向(F)の周囲に延びる前記分離装置(21)の円筒壁(23)に、前記充填ヘッド(13)の過充填防止のための自動停止センサ(39a、39b)付きの流体の配給ノズルを受けるように構成され、前記充填ヘッド(13)は、流体タンク(3)の充填ライン(9)およびベントライン(11)に接続されるように構成され、前記分離装置(21)は、前記ベントライン(11)からの流れ(V)と前記充填ライン(9)に向かう流れ(F)との分割を改善するように配置され、前記分離装置(21)は、前記円筒壁(23)の外側面から横断方向に突出した少なくとも1つのフランジ(25)であって、前記円筒壁(23)内に受けられたときの前記ノズルの前記センサ(39a、39b)よりも前記充填方向(F)に関して上流側となる、前記キャビティ(20)内に取り付けられたフランジ(25)をさらに備え、これにより、前記センサ(39a、39b)の動作を妨げることなく、前記充填ヘッド(13)内の前記ノズルから出た流体が、前記充填ヘッド(13)から吹き返される可能性を確実に制限するようにされた、充填ヘッド(13)において、前記分離装置(21)の前記フランジ(25)が、前記本体(15)の後方部分(B)と、前記充填方向(F)に関して前記後方部分(B)とは反対方向に位置する前記本体(15)の前方部分(P)と、の間に取り付けられて、前記充填ヘッド(13)内にある流体の上面全体のほぼ上方に遮蔽を形成すること、および前記ベントライン(11)が前記本体(15)の前記後方部分(B)で前記充填ヘッド(13)と接続され、前記重力方向(G)に関して前記円筒壁(23)の下半分は、前記充填方向(F)に関して前記フランジ(25)の下流側には前記本体(15)の前記前方部分(P)と向かい合う外表面に貫通凹部を持たず、これにより、前記円筒壁(23)内に受けた前記ノズルからの前記充填ライン(9)に向かう流体の層流(F)を確保すること、を特徴とする充填ヘッド(13)。
- 前記分離装置(21)の前記フランジ(25)が、前記本体(15)の前記前方部分(P)と前記円筒壁(23)との間に少なくとも1つの貫通穴(26、30b)を備え、これにより、前記フランジ(25)より上にある任意の流体が前記本体(15)の前記前方部分(P)と前記円筒壁(23)との間を重力(G)によって流れることができるようにする、請求項1に記載の充填ヘッド(13)。
- 前記外装部(19)が、前記配給ノズルを前記分離装置(21)に案内するための案内用突起要素(18)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の充填ヘッド(13)。
- 前記分離装置(21)内にノズルを受けていないときは、前記案内用突起要素(18)がキャップによって封止状態で閉ざされる、請求項3に記載の充填ヘッド(13)。
- 前記充填ヘッド(13)が、前記本体(15)の前記主部(17)と一体の緩衝空間(12)をさらに備え、これにより、前記ベントライン(11)からの流れ(V)を減速させる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の充填ヘッド(13)。
- 前記分離装置(21)が取外し可能であり、これにより交換可能である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の充填ヘッド(13)。
- 前記円筒壁(23)が、前記ベントライン(11)からの流体の流れ(V)が前記円筒壁(23)を通過することにより、前記充填ヘッド(13)の外に放出されることを可能にする少なくとも1つの穴(31)をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の充填ヘッド(13)。
- 前記外装部(19)が、溶接によって前記主部(17)に封止状態で固定される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の充填ヘッド(13)。
- 前記外装部(19)が、前記外装部(19)と前記主部(17)との間でシールリングをスナップ嵌めすることにより、前記主部(17)に封止状態で固定される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の充填ヘッド(13)。
- 流体タンク(3)であって、充填ヘッド(13)から前記タンク(3)への重力による流体の流れを案内するように構成された充填ライン(9)に接続された流体タンク(3)と、前記タンク(3)内の圧力変動を補償するように構成されたベントライン(11)と、を備える貯蔵システム(1)において、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の充填ヘッド(13)をさらに備えることを特徴とする貯蔵システム(1)。
