本発明は、通信機器技術分野に関し、特にパンチホールスクリーン及び電子機器に関する。
透光性カバープレートと、
偏光板であって、偏光板は、透光性カバープレートに接続され、偏光板に第一のスルーホールが設けられ、第一のスルーホール内に透明光学接着剤が充填される偏光板と、
ガラスコンポーネントであって、ガラスコンポーネントは、偏光板に接続され、偏光板は、透光性カバープレートとガラスコンポーネントとの間に位置し、ガラスコンポーネントは、第一のスルーホール対応する位置に第二のスルーホールが設けられるガラスコンポーネントとを含む。
Claims (10)
- パンチホールスクリーンであって、
透光性カバープレート(100)と、
偏光板(200)であって、前記偏光板(200)は、前記透光性カバープレート(100)に接続され、前記偏光板(200)に第一のスルーホール(220)が設けられ、前記第一のスルーホール(220)内に透明光学接着剤(210)が充填される偏光板(200)と、
ガラスコンポーネント(300)であって、前記ガラスコンポーネント(300)は、前記偏光板(200)に接続され、前記偏光板(200)は、前記透光性カバープレート(100)と前記ガラスコンポーネント(300)との間に位置し、前記ガラスコンポーネント(300)は、前記第一のスルーホール(220)に対応する位置に第二のスルーホール(331)が設けられるガラスコンポーネント(300)とを含む、パンチホールスクリーン。 - 前記ガラスコンポーネント(300)は、
上ガラス(310)であって、前記上ガラス(310)は、前記偏光板(200)に接続され、前記上ガラス(310)は、前記第一のスルーホール(220)に対応する位置に第一のパンチ溝(311)が設けられ、前記第一のパンチ溝(311)は、前記上ガラス(310)の前記偏光板(200)から離れる側に位置する上ガラス(310)と、
前記上ガラス(310)にフレーム接着剤(340)を介して接続される下ガラス(320)と、
前記上ガラス(310)と前記下ガラス(320)との間に位置する支持柱(350)と、
前記第二のスルーホール(331)が位置するフォーム(330)であって、前記下ガラス(320)の前記上ガラス(310)から離れる側に位置するフォーム(330)とを含む、請求項1に記載のパンチホールスクリーン。 - 前記第一のパンチ溝(311)の第一の溝底(312)は、外側が前記第一のスルーホール(220)に向かう弧面である、請求項2に記載のパンチホールスクリーン。
- 前記第一のパンチ溝(311)の断面は、円形であり、前記第一のパンチ溝(311)の直径は、前記第一のスルーホール(220)の直径に等しい、請求項3に記載のパンチホールスクリーン。
- 前記下ガラス(320)の前記第一のパンチ溝(311)に対応する位置に第二のパンチ溝(321)が設けられ、前記第二のパンチ溝(321)は、前記下ガラス(320)の前記上ガラス(310)に向かう側に位置する、請求項2に記載のパンチホールスクリーン。
- 前記支持柱(350)が前記上ガラス(310)に接触する面積は、前記支持柱(350)が前記下ガラス(320)に接触する面積よりも小さい、請求項2に記載のパンチホールスクリーン。
- 前記支持柱(350)の断面積は、前記上ガラス(310)から前記下ガラス(320)に向かう方向に沿って徐々に大きくなる、請求項6に記載のパンチホールスクリーン。
- 前記光学透明接着剤(210)の体積は、前記第一のスルーホール(220)の容積よりも大きい、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のパンチホールスクリーン。
- 前記偏光板(200)は、光学透明両面接着剤(400)を介して前記透光性カバープレート(100)に接続される、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のパンチホールスクリーン。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のパンチホールスクリーンを含む、電子機器。
