Abstract
Description
以下のように、カルバゾール類誘導体S1とS2を鈴木反応させて基質S3を取得し、S3とS4をブッフバルト反応させてS5を取得し、S5をピリジン塩酸塩の作用下で脱メチル化してリガンドS6を取得し、S6をK2PtCl4と反応させて目的生成物Pを取得する。

デバイスの製造方法
アセトン、エタノール及び蒸留水を順次使用して透明な陽極酸化インジウムスズ(ITO、20)(10Ω/sq)ガラス基板10を超音波洗浄し、次に、酸素プラズマで5分間処理した。

- 式(I)で示される構造を有するO-C-N-N四座配位白金(II)錯体であって、
式(I)中、R1~R17は、独立して、水素、重水素、硫黄、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシ基、アシル基、アルコキシ基、アシルオキシ基、アミノ基、ニトロ基、アシルアミノ基、シアノ基、カルボキシル基、スチリル基、アミノカルボニル基、カルバモイル基、ベンジルカルボニル基、アリールオキシ基、シラニル基、ジアリールアミノ基、1~30個のC原子を含む飽和アルキル基、1~20個のC原子を含む不飽和アルキル基、5~30個のC原子を含む置換若しくは非置換のアリール基、及び5~30個のC原子を含む置換若しくは非置換のヘテロアリール基のうちから選択され、又は隣接するR1~R17と共有結合によって互いに連結して環を形成し、前記置換は、重水素、ハロゲン、シアノ基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、又はC1-C8アルキル基による置換であり、前記ヘテロアリール基のヘテロ原子は、N原子、S原子、又はO原子である、ことを特徴とする錯体。 - R1~R17は、独立して、水素、ハロゲン、アミノ基、ニトロ基、シアノ基、シラニル基、ジアリールアミノ基、1~10個のC原子を含む飽和アルキル基、5~20個のC原子を含み、ハロゲン又は1つ若しくは複数のC1-C4アルキル基により置換された、又は非置換のアリール基、及び5~20個のC原子を含み、ハロゲン又は1つ若しくは複数のC1-C4アルキル基により置換された、又は非置換のヘテロアリール基のうちから選択され、あるいは、隣接するR1~R16と共有結合によって互いに連結して環を形成し、前記ハロゲンは、F、Cl又はBrである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の錯体。
- R1 ’~R5 ’の5個の基のうち、0~3個の基は、独立して、ジアリールアミノ基、5~10個のC原子を含み、ハロゲン又は1~3個のC1-C4アルキル基により置換された、又は非置換のアリール基、及び5~10個のC原子を含み、ハロゲン又は1~3個のC1-C4アルキル基により置換された、又は非置換のヘテロアリール基のうちから選択され、その他の基は、独立して、水素、ハロゲン、又は1~8個のC原子を含む飽和アルキル基であり、前記ハロゲンは、F又はClである、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の錯体。
- R1 ’~R5 ’の5個の基のうち、0~3個の基は、独立して、ジフェニルアミノ基、及びC1-C4アルキル基により置換された、又は非置換のフェニル基、ピリジン基、若しくはカルバゾール基のうちから選択され、その他の基は、独立して、水素、F及び1~4個のC原子を含む飽和アルキル基のうちから選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の錯体。
- 以下の式(III)で示される構造を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の錯体のリガンドであって、
式(III)中、R1~R17は、独立して、水素、重水素、硫黄、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシ基、アシル基、アルコキシ基、アシルオキシ基、アミノ基、ニトロ基、アシルアミノ基、シアノ基、カルボキシル基、スチリル基、アミノカルボニル基、カルバモイル基、ベンジルカルボニル基、アリールオキシ基、シラニル基、ジアリールアミノ基、1~30個のC原子を含む飽和アルキル基、1~20個のC原子を含む不飽和アルキル基、5~30個のC原子を含む置換若しくは非置換のアリール基、及び5~30個のC原子を含む置換若しくは非置換のヘテロアリール基のうちから選択され、又は隣接するR1~R17と共有結合によって互いに連結して環を形成し、前記置換は、重水素、ハロゲン、シアノ基、ニトロ基、アミノ基、又はC1-C8アルキル基による置換であり、前記ヘテロアリール基のヘテロ原子は、N原子、S原子、又はO原子である、ことを特徴とするリガンド。 - 以下の式(IV)で示される構造を有し、
式(IV)中、R1 ’~R5 ’は、独立して、水素、ハロゲン、シラニル基、ジアリールアミノ基、1~10個のC原子を含む飽和アルキル基、5~20個のC原子を含み、ハロゲン又は1つ若しくは複数のC1-C4アルキル基により置換された、又は非置換のアリール基、及び5~20個のC原子を含み、ハロゲン又は1つ若しくは複数のC1-C4アルキル基により置換された、又は非置換のヘテロアリール基のうちから選択され、あるいは、隣接するR1 ’~R5 ’と共有結合によって互いに連結して環を形成し、前記ハロゲンは、F、Cl又はBrである、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリガンド。 - OLED発光デバイスにおける請求項1~6のいずれかの錯体の使用。
- 前記錯体は、熱堆積、スピンコーティング又はインクジェット印刷により形成された層の形態でOLED発光デバイスに適用される、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の使用。
- 前記錯体は、発光層において光子放出の役割を果たす燐光ドーピング材料である、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の使用。
