Claims (11)
- 反応容器、
前記反応容器に設置されて反応物を攪拌させる攪拌翼、および
前記反応容器の円周方向に沿って一定の間隔で配置されている複数の冷却バッフル
を含み、
前記冷却バッフルは前記反応容器の側壁に設置され、前記冷却バッフルのうちの少なくとも一つは折り曲げられている折り曲げ型である、重合反応器。 - 前記冷却バッフルは、前記反応容器の側壁に結合される水平部、および前記水平部の端部に垂直な方向に連結された垂直部を含む、請求項1に記載の重合反応器。
- 前記冷却バッフルは、流体が流入する流入口を含む第1管、および前記第1管を囲み前記流体が排出される排出口を含む第2管を含む、請求項2に記載の重合反応器。
- 前記水平部は前記反応物の界面の下に位置する、請求項2に記載の重合反応器。
- 前記冷却バッフルは、相対的に前記反応容器の側壁と隣接するように配置された第1グループと、相対的に前記反応容器の中心と隣接するように配置された第2グループを含む、請求項2に記載の重合反応器。
- 前記第1グループに含まれている前記冷却バッフルは同一な形態を有し、
前記第2グループに含まれている前記冷却バッフルは同一な形態を有する、請求項5に記載の重合反応器。 - 前記第1グループと前記第2グループに含まれている前記冷却バッフルは互いに対向する方向に折り曲げられており、
前記第1グループと前記第2グループの前記垂直部は互いに対向するように配置されている、請求項6に記載の重合反応器。 - 前記第1グループの水平部は前記反応容器の下部に位置し、前記第2グループの水平部は前記反応容器の上部に位置する、請求項7に記載の重合反応器。
- 前記第1グループと前記第2グループに含まれている前記冷却バッフルは互いに異なる形態を有する、請求項6に記載の重合反応器。
- 前記第1グループと前記第2グループのうちのいずれか一つに含まれている前記冷却バッフルは折り曲げ型であり、
残り一つに含まれている前記冷却バッフルは折り曲げられていない直線型である、請求項9に記載の重合反応器。 - 前記第1グループの前記冷却バッフルは直線型であり、
前記第2グループの前記冷却バッフルは折り曲げ型である、請求項10に記載の重合反応器。
