Claims (10)
- 異なる形状の2つの流体配管用のコネクタ(1)であって、
第1の接続部(21)および第2の接続部(22)と、両前記接続部(21,22)を流体的に接続する流体チャネル(23)を備えるハウジング(2)と、
該ハウジング(2)に結合することができるロック要素(3)と、
前記ハウジング(2)と前記ロック要素(3)との間に配置可能なシール(4)とを備え、
前記ロック要素(3)および前記ハウジング(2)は、前記シール(4)を受けるための受け部(5)が、前記ハウジング(2)と前記ロック要素(3)との間に形成されるように、前記流体チャネル(23)に対して互いに相対的に配置することができ、
前記第1の接続部(21)が、細長い断面を有する第1の流体配管(11)の接続のために構成され、
前記第2の接続部(22)が、他の、特に円形の、断面を有する第2の流体配管の接続のために構成されているコネクタ(1)。 - 前記ハウジング(2)および/または前記ロック要素(3)が、特に射出成形、ダイキャスト、または積層造形によって、一体として製造されている請求項1に記載のコネクタ(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(2)および前記ロック要素(3)が、互いにラッチされ得る請求項1または請求項2に記載のコネクタ(1)。
- 固定部(6)が、前記ハウジング(2)および/または前記ロック要素(3)に設けられ、かつ、前記第1の流体配管(11)の固定のために構成されている請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のコネクタ(1)。
- 前記固定部(6)が、固定要素を導入するための少なくとも1つの切欠き、および/または少なくとも1つのスナップフィット接続部を備え、前記固定要素および前記スナップフィット接続部が、前記第1の流体配管(11)を前記コネクタに嵌め合いにより固定するように構成されている請求項4に記載のコネクタ(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(2)、前記ロック要素(3)および前記シール(4)の3つの構成要素からなるか、または、前記ハウジング(2)、前記ロック要素(3)および前記シール(4)の3つの構成要素と、前の請求項に記載の少なくとも1つの固定要素からなる請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のコネクタ(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(2)および前記ロック要素(3)の外形寸法が、その断面から見て、互いに非常に近似している請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のコネクタ(1)。
- 前記流体チャネル(23)が、前記ハウジング(2)内において、少なくとも断面が平坦かつ平面状の切欠きである請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載のコネクタ(1)。
- 前記第1の流体配管(11)が、少なくとも部分的に前記流体チャネル(23)内に導入され、かつ/または、前記ハウジング(2)が、外側に補強リブ(24)を備える請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載のコネクタ(1)。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載のコネクタ(1)を有し、該コネクタ(1)が、平坦なチャネルの形態の第1の流体配管(11)に結合されるコネクタアセンブリ。
