Claims (11)
- 基板の予め保護された表面に取り付けるための補助フィルムであって、
第1の表面を有する本体と、
前記第1の表面上に凹凸外観を形成するために前記第1の表面上に形成された複数の微細構造体と、
を含み、
前記補助フィルムの前記第1の表面が、前記基板の前記予め保護された表面に取り付けられると、前記第1の表面と前記予め保護された表面との間に、前記第1の表面の周囲まで延在する複数の開放空気流路が形成されることを特徴とする、補助フィルム。 - 前記第1の表面上の前記凹凸外観の算術平均粗さは、0.1~0.5μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の補助フィルム。
- 前記複数の微細構造体は、V字形またはU字形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の補助フィルム。
- 前記複数の微細構造体は、異なる形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の補助フィルム。
- 前記複数の微細構造体は、前記第1の表面上に不均等に分布していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の補助フィルム。
- 予め保護された表面を有する基板と、前記基板の前記予め保護された表面に取り付けるための補助フィルムとを備えたシステムであって、前記補助フィルムは、
第1の表面を有する本体と、
前記第1の表面上に凹凸外観を形成するために前記第1の表面上に形成された複数の微細構造体と、
を含み、
前記補助フィルムの前記第1の表面が、前記基板の前記予め保護された表面に取り付けられると、前記第1の表面と前記予め保護された表面との間に、前記第1の表面の周囲まで延在する複数の開放空気流路が形成されることを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記基板の前記予め保護された表面は、前記基板の前記予め保護された表面に前記補助フィルムが取り付けられると前記第1の表面に接触する1つ以上のデバイスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記基板の前記予め保護された表面は、前記基板の前記予め保護された表面に前記補助フィルムが取り付けられると前記第1の表面に接触する2つ以上の異種のデバイスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記2つ以上の異種のデバイスのうちの1つは、シリカゲルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記基板は、金属基板であることを特徴とすることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記基板は、スラブ型リチウム電池の電荷収集層であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
