Claims (10)
- 射出成型方法であって、
第1金型と、前記第1金型の上を覆う第2金型と、前記第1金型と前記第2金型により定義される第1金型キャビティを含む成型装置を提供する工程と、
第1材料を前記第1金型キャビティ内へ注入する工程と、
前記第1材料で第1層を形成する工程と、
前記第2金型を第3金型に置き換える工程と、
前記第1金型と前記第3金型により定義される第2金型キャビティ内へ第2材料を注入する工程と、
前記第2材料で、前記第1層に少なくとも一部が接触する第2層を形成する工程と、
を含み、そのうち、前記第1材料と前記第2材料が同じである、ことを特徴とする、射出成型方法。 - 前記第2層が、前記第1層に直接付着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出成型方法。
- 前記第1層が、その表面から突出した複数の第1突出部を含み、そのうち、前記第2層が、前記第1層の前記第1突出部の表面を覆い、かつ取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出成型方法。
- 前記成型装置が、複数の突出部分を含み、前記第1層が、前記突出部分に対応する複数の開口部を定義することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出成型方法。
