Claims (8)
- 生体内の生体組織に孔を形成するための医療デバイスであって、
樹脂製の中空の長尺体と、
前記長尺体の周方向の一部に配置され、前記長尺体の長軸方向へ延在する金属製の芯材と、
前記長尺体の遠位部に配置され、エネルギーを出力して前記生体組織に孔を形成する出力部と、を有し、
前記芯材は、前記長尺体の内周面と外周面の間に埋設され、
前記芯材は、導電性を有し、前記出力部へ電気的に接続され、
前記長尺体は、周方向の全体の外径が遠位側へ向かって減少するテーパー部と、前記テーパー部の近位側に位置して外径が略一定のシャフト部と、を有し、
前記出力部は、前記長尺体の少なくとも遠位端に配置され、
前記長尺体は、所定の角度で曲がったシャフト曲げ部を有し、
前記シャフト曲げ部の曲がった軸心が位置する断面において、前記長尺体の軸心に対して前記シャフト曲げ部が曲がって凸状となる側は、前記長尺体の軸心に対して前記出力部が配置される側と一致する医療デバイス。 - 前記長尺体の遠位端は、前記長尺体の長軸方向と垂直である請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記出力部は、前記長尺体の周方向に360度未満の範囲で配置される請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記シャフト曲げ部の曲がった軸心が位置する断面において、前記長尺体の軸心に対して前記シャフト曲げ部が曲がって凹状となる側は、前記長尺体の軸心に対して前記出力部が配置されていない側と一致する請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記長尺体は、遠位端から近位端へ貫通するルーメンが形成されたダイレータである請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記芯材は、導電部を介して前記出力部と電気的に接続され、
前記テーパー部の近位部に、前記芯材および導電部を接続した接続部が位置する請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記芯材は、前記長尺体の軸心と略平行に配置される請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記シャフト曲げ部における曲げの角度は、10度~90度である請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
