Abstract
Description
ニッケル浸出工程S101においては、本実施形態に係るニッケルを有機相に浸出させる方法が実施される。すなわち、特殊な有機相を用いて固液抽出を行って、ニッケル鉱からニッケル(Ni)を有機相に移動させる。
逆抽出工程S102においては、抽出溶媒(すなわち、水相)として硫酸を用いて逆抽出を行う。すなわち、ニッケル鉱から有機相に移動したニッケルを、水相に移動させる。硫酸は、硫酸ニッケルのアニオン(SO4 2-)源でもある。
表1に示す水素結合ドナーおよび水素結合アクセプターを含む深共晶溶媒、その他の溶媒、ならびに有機酸を用意した。これらを用いて、表1に示す成分を含有する抽出溶媒(有機相)を調製した。
HBTA:ベンゾイルトリフルオロアセトン
PhOH:4-(1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチル)フェノール
LIX-63:7-ヒドロキシ-5,8-ジエチル-6-ドデカノンオキシム
TBAC:テトラメチルアンモニウムクロリド
TOPO:トリオクチルホスフィンオキサイド
TOMAC:メチルトリオクチルアンモニウムクロリド
PTSA:p-トルエンスルホン酸
表2に示す成分を含有する有機相を用いて、ニッケル酸化鉱から、ニッケルを抽出した。次に、表2に示す抽出液を用いて、逆抽出を行い、水相を回収した。水相に含まれる成分を定量分析し、NiおよびFeが浸出液から水相に移動した割合(水相抽出率)を求めた。結果を表2に示す。
表3に示す成分を含有する有機相を用いて、ニッケル酸化鉱から、ニッケルを浸出させた。得られた浸出液を、表3に示す有機溶媒にて希釈した。有機溶媒は、表3に示すよう用いた。次に、表3に示す抽出液を用いて、逆抽出を行い、水相を回収した。水相に含まれる成分を定量分析し、NiおよびFeが浸出液から水相に移動した割合(水相抽出率)を求めた。結果を、実施例12の結果と共に表3に示す。
Claims (7)
- ニッケル鉱を有機相と接触させることを含む、ニッケルを有機相に浸出させる方法であって、
前記有機相は、水素結合ドナーと水素結合アクセプターとを含む疎水性深共晶溶媒、および有機酸を含有し、
前記水素結合ドナーが、酸性の水素結合ドナーであり、
前記有機酸が、強酸である、
方法。 - 前記有機相中の前記有機酸の含有割合が、9質量%以上20質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水素結合ドナーが、脂肪酸であり、前記水素結合アクセプターが、第4級アンモニウムハライドである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記有機酸が、有機スルホン酸化合物である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の浸出方法によって、ニッケル浸出液を得る工程と、
前記ニッケル浸出液に対して、硫酸を用いて逆抽出を行い、硫酸ニッケルを含有する水相を得る工程と、
を包含する硫酸ニッケルの製造方法。 - 前記水相を得る工程において、硫酸の濃度が2mоl/L以上である、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記水相を得る工程において、前記ニッケル浸出液を疎水性有機溶媒で希釈してから、逆抽出を行う、請求項5または6に記載の製造方法。
